I specifically asked if "Snow Bubbles" meant shaved iced. Yes, yes they said. It's not. And it's way too sweet here. Get at most 75% sweetness. Customer service is lacking here too. They seem annoyed to be working there. No greeting. Cashier just blankly stared until I was ready to order. Not cool. Won't be back.
BEST boba tea spot. I have tried several flavors and was yet to be disappointed. My go to is a blended milk tea, 50% sweetness. Hits the spot every time. Most places don't have the option for blended milk tea or they don't know how to get it right. Thanks Moo Moo's for the perfect drink every time! Ps would love for the point system to make a come back😜
SO IS THIS HOW YOU CALLED MILK TEA???? My ORDER WAS OKINAWA MILK TEA WITH ALMOND MILK & RED BEAN BUT THERE WAS NO MILK AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE PICTURE. IT WAS SO WATERY (TASTE LIKE WATER DOWN TEA & RED BEAN) I ASKED THEM AND THEY SAID “WE ADDED ALMOND MILK IN THIS ORDER” . I WAS SO UPSET NOT EVEN FINISHED IT. LIKE HOW MUCH MILK YOU ADDED? I PAID FOR THIS SUBSTITUTE MILK AND I DID NOT EVEN TASTE THE MILK.
The dirty olong milk tea was just alright. I couldn't taste the difference between the regular along milk tea vs the dirty one thou.
I normally love this place and they make great drinks, BUTTTT the new workers working on 5/2/23 at 7:40pm were rude AF . I waited at the counter for the girl to tell me when she was ready to take my order and she never acknowledged or spoke to take and just expected us to know she was ready to take my order. The workers are usually really nice but these new workers are rude and clearly have no experience in customer service. SMH.
This place is such a cute little vibe! Music is low but chill, the decor is well thought out, and the staff is nice! I got the Matcha Rose drink, I literally can drink that all day! So good!
The employees that work here are some of the best in elk Grove. They clearly love their jobs and value the people that come in, whether they are delivery drivers or customers. If you go to this location and this restaurant, I can guarantee good food
