Montview Park - Park in Fair Oaks - 4401 Minnesota Ave, USA

Nice quiet park, lots of grass and a huge hill. Playground is clean and in good shape. Restrooms are ehhh, but its a public park. Bring a blanket or chairs, not much seating

Sep 2, 2020: Very quiet and nice Fair Oaks Park on Winding Way & Minnesota Ave. There are about 4 picnic tables, a play area, and great hills for kids (and adults) to run/walk up and down.

Tranquil, hilly park.. had a few shady picnic tables, small play area. Went on Saturday about 3:00pm.

I love this park. We have had at least 3 birthday parties here plenty of room for Pets and Kids. Playground is not too bad make sure you pay attention to mud in the early morning. It's under a large hill so the water collects at the bottom.

It’s a cute park with a playground and bathroom facilities. Not the best place to walk your dog though.

Love to take my dog here to play fetch. There's a lot of room and lots of green grass for her to run on.. and even a park jungle gym and swings off to the side.. it's a beautiful place as far as environment goes

Very nice park. It has wonderful hills and is a lovely place for a picnic. Deer can be seen here at night passing through and grazing. There is a nice Olive tree and beautiful wild chickens. It's fairly small but very relaxing. It gets crowded sometimes during the afternoon.

Montview is a beautiful little park in a quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of trees which provide a good amount of shade. The sides of the park are relatively steep which provides good exercise for the kiddos 😀. The only small complaint I have is that the play structure sits in the direct sunlight which makes it mostly unusable on warm days.
