Great park always has people sun up to sundown there's a splash pad, tennis court a gazebo, picnic areas, lots of tables, lots of open area, a track that circles entire park, and soccer fields. Lots of food places near by as well
Well maintained, lots of room to walk, jog, run or play basketball. They also have a waterpad for the kids to splash around at.
Went to ask about the rental room at the Sokol, runner down, dirty nasty bathrooms, nasty floor, no dance lights or sound setup, tables are all beat up, place needs a big upgrade. Too run down for the price of $100 an hour, then you have to buy thier beer and sodas and pay for security. Not worth it.
Great community park with running/walking paths, tennis courts, a soccer/football field area and a softball field. There are picnic tables and a community center, playground equipment, splash pad and covered gazebo type of thing. Some of these features are off limits due to COVID-19 at the moment.
Splash pad only turns on for 5 seconds and then goes off for 30 seconds. It’s a complete waste of water because it’s not even enough for a kid to enjoy.
Day of the dead celebration was really fun. Super nice people and great feeling of community!
We love this park, it has a great track to ride your bike or take a good walk. My boys like to play basketball in the outside court but they also have one in the recreational building. We’ve lived in this area for over 20 years and it’s only gotten better. You can see a little of downtown and it’s great for walking your dogs.
I came here in my wheelchair, i entered the park from the west side, near airline. Its very peaceful, lots of trees and plenty of room to roam. Nice wide paths..

This is a very clean and quiet park to walk in the mornings. Friendly people. I enjoy it very much. Has water fountains for you and your pets too. Staff drives around picking up trash. And they keep up with the grass as well.
