Let me preface this with: I come from the land of "The Set Up," which includes complimentary chips, salsa, queso, relish, and tortillas. I was disappointed there was only salsa that was complimentary. It was pretty good! The white queso was extra and was very tasty. I got a shredded beef enchilada with queso on top and a chicken enchilada with queso. I asked for sour cream sauce, and apparently, they don't do that there. The server looked at me like I was crazy. Haha. The enchiladas tasted okay. The shredded beef was much better than the chicken. The chicken was underseasoned. Our server was not very attentive either. I barely got a refill, and my poor sister didn't get one refill. I've definitely had better Mexican food in Oklahoma. Was not a big fan.

I like this place! Fast service and decent prices. Food is kind of hit or miss, but there are a couple of solid menu items (I like the chipotle items).

Meh. It was ok. The meal came with beans only, no rice. The food was really plain. It wasn’t bad, just plain. The carne asada in my tacos was good. Chips and salsa were decent. The service was a little lacking, even though the restaurant was not busy. It would have been a two star, but they had the nascar race on for my husband.

Decent prices for decent food but it's certainly not the greatest Mexican restaurant in the Des Moines metro. I go here for a quick fix on Mexican food when I want something a step above Chipotle. Their burritos are great but their fajitas are a little dried out.

Tried their new fajitas bowl with chicken. It was very good! We also had chips & salsa, excellent salsa. The best part of the meal was the yummy peach margarita! 🍑 🍹

They use really good seasoning on their fajitas. Quick and fast service. Give them a try.

We went inside and were seated on one side. Someone got the chips but no salsa. Had to ask for it. After waiting for 10 minutes for someone to take an order, I went to reception and asked to send someone. A waiter came hurriedly and took order. After a while when we wanted additional tortillas, could not find anyone for another 10 mintes. When I went around, the waiter was having his lunch on another table ! It is not an issue that he was having his lunch but why can not they rotate the servers for having proper lunch? I went towards kitchen and 4 people were chatting and laughing. Absoulte trash service !! Whoever the owner, needs to change the attitude of staff. On top of it, they expect 20% tip and if you dont give that tip, there will cuss you there & then itself and one waiter threw glass on the floor when he saw the tip I gave for their "awesome" service ! I will NEVER go again and advise all my friends never to try this resturant.

We ate here for my birthday and everyone in the family found something they liked, including my picky child. My husband and I were pleased that they serve horchata. The waiter was friendly and efficient and the service was quick.
