The security guard captain, Adelson is known to antagonize his security staff as well as some residents. It's also a conflict of interest that he works both the clubhouse and as security. I'm calling him out specifically. Residents have a hard time trusting security there when the turnover is massive because of his poor attitude towards the employees. It's a testament to his poor leadership and it reflects poorly on the clubhouse management crew. Security staff aren't allowed breaks at the gatehouse to eat, neither are they allowed to investigate the cameras when something suspicious is happening, only the security captain has that control. With new security management, this community would be better and more highly rated. It's a beautiful place but the management act like dictators from a third world country and overcharge the residents there.

The staff was rude and harassed my family on memorial day. My Family had to deal with the security gaurd constantly looking at us while we swam and his constant antagonistic comments towards my little sister. Tried to handle it peacefully but left the pool early to avoid confrontation.

Great community clubhouse. Had active helpful staff, big conference rooms, great pool and a gym. Though the gym is a bit smaller than what I'm used to, has around 2 treadmill and stationary bikes. Gym also has lockers available directly in the gym.

Club house is for residents and their guests. However, the people that work there have completely forgotten that fact. Rules are made up and arbitrarily imposed creating a harassing environment for those who wish to use the supposed amenities.

Monterra club house is so tranquil and secure. I love the nice recreation and workouts there from the huge pool, peaceful basketball courts, and long straight aways in the community for jogging

Monterra club house is great. Nice swiming pool, billiard table, gym, meeting rooms, and more. I love it.

It was really nice and enjoyable but their was no tennis court but other wise it was great
