Monterra at Bonita Springs was a safe place for my wife and I to land moving from across the state. From the beginning we had favor and support from the front office. The two Debbie’s work really hard to answer any questions and address any concerns we had while living here. This community loves pets and if your dog ever needs a treat simply stop by the front office. The maintenance gentleman are also wonderful always wanting to answer house calls promptly. We are thankful for the one year spent here and commend the employees on how hard they work. Last thing I’ll say is that this community did well with hurricane Ian. No damage besides loss of power. Thank you Monterra staff and neighbors for a wonderful year.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is a joke. First of all rent is 3k for a 3 bedroom apartment….Rent continues to increase after your lease. They send you emails all the time asking for reviews. Apartments must be empty, couldn’t imagine why. Here’s my review since you keep asking for it. Randy (Maintenance “manager”) he is some piece of work! He has no business dealing with people at all. He has the personality of a 2x4! Shower faucet BROKE OFF inside the wall!!!!! His response is they don’t pay me to work on the weekends and it will take 2 guys so deal with it until Monday! Remember I pay $3k+ for rent with 2 kids and a dog!!!!!! Water is shut off regularly for “repairs”. Buildings are old and not updated! I would highly recommend you find somewhere else to rent that actually cares about their tenants not just there because they have to be. Turnover inside the office is stupid! Nelson in maintenance is the only person on site that cares about anyone other than himself! Randy should be fired immediately! Maybe they will think twice before continuing to ask for reviews from tenants. 😑

Many thanks to Monterra staff for making living here such a pleasure. Debbie and Tammy in the office are always ready to help and answer questions. Randy and Felipe with Maintenance respond quickly and efficiently. Monterra is conveniently located near shopping and the interstate. Grounds are well maintained on a regular basis. Pool and clubhouse are well maintained. Units are large and appointed well for price point. It's a great place to live!

Just renewed our lease for the 4th straight year. My husband and I like living here and find the office staff and the maintenance workers very attentive and friendly. If we ever have a maintenance issue, it is taken care of quickly and efficiently. The community is well maintained and the rent is more affordable than many similar type apartments in this area. I would definitely recommend living here. A bonus is we are only 10 minutes from the beach.

Found this place out of the blue and were signed and moved in within 4 days!! Everything about this complex has been amazing and the price of the apartments for the size was unbelievable. Tammy at the front office was SO kind and helpful with all questions we had when we moved in and we have felt so welcomed. I highly recommend this complex and I look forward to living here!!!

I’ve been here 3 leases and this is one of the best rentals I’ve had. Debbie Elliot has been truly incredible at accommodating my needs as a renter. Office staff is always available by phone, email, in-person, and through the property management app. Property management has solved every request within an impressive timeframe (usually next day) and has even responded to urgent needs on weekends before. The apartment and community is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the rental rates are market rate and the market rates have increased significantly since I moved in (from appx 1700 to 2300 plus utilities). I won’t be able to afford to live in this area much longer but so I appreciate the outstanding consideration and concern Monterra has given me in my time here.

I am starting my third year of living at Monterra. I just love the lifestyle here. The fully grown preserve keep it quiet and tropical as you walk around the community. The apartments are large and spacious with great storage inside of them. On most week days the pool is empty so it's like having your own pool in your backyard. The maintenance staff is awesome! When you create a work order they are right on it. The management team is great and totally works with you when any issues arise. Everyone is doing their best during the tough times of covid-19. The neighbors are super friendly and many are willing to lend a helping hand. I am here for the long haul. I'm close to the beach, shopping malls and restaurants. A gem in Bonita Springs.

Monterra is a wonderful place to call home. Staff is top of the line and the maintenance staff is very talented and friendly! I would highly recommend calling this wonderful place in paradise to live. ☀️🌴♥️
