I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the amazing Management and Maintenance staff of this very beautiful and well-maintained apartment community. I am a new resident, and my entire apartment hunting experience was impeccable. Everyone is so professional, kind and efficient. I feel like I have just moved into "Paradise". I had been looking for an apartment community like this for several months, to no avail. However, when I finally prayed about it, and gave it up to God, he immediately answered my Prayers. Thank you Property Manager, Rhonda, JayLyn, L.J., and the rest of the fine Staff here at Monterey Village Apartments. The entire team is absolutely Amazing! Thanks for making me feel like Royalty. The Property is very Beautiful, and I highly recommend living here. I totally Love It!

I had such a pleasant experience visiting this property. I showed up without an appointment, which I now understand I needed. HOWEVER Ty, the assistant property manager, did not turn me away. She took time from her busy schedule to show me around the property and made me aware of current property specials. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was lovely and the entire property was clean. This was such a wonderful experience and thanks to Ty's bubbly demeanor, and willingness to help, this property is high up on my potential list!

I am helping my daughter with finding her first apartment and I'm SO glad we came here. In addition to me wanting to make sure she understands the process of renting, I also wanted to show her how she is SUPPOSED to be greeted and treated as a perspective tenant with excellent customer service. From the phone conversation we had the day before to us meeting her in person and touring the unit, Ms. Jaylah was AWESOME!!! She was very nice and professional and answered all of our questions. The property is also well kept on the outside and the unit we saw was clean spacious and the perfect floorplan for her needs. I am 100% confident that my daughter and my grandbabies will be in good hands at this property.

I am so pleased that I chose this apartment to call home! From the moment I walked in Ms. Genitra and other staffs were SO sweet, helpful and most importantly -patient & personable. They truly care about their residents here at the Monterey Village. Application process was easy and they contacted you to let you know that every thing that was going on. I’ve lived at other complexes in the Jonesboro area and none of them could ever live up to Monterey village. The management staff here has exceeded my expectations!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Seriously, there is not a bad thing I could find about this apartment.

Just moved in this week. Lived here before when first opened over 15 yrs ago. Well maintained. Car wash area not operable but yes exercise & laundry room here. Maintainenace leader makes this place great. I hope hedoesn't retire soon but deserves it. Short staff in office, like every business, so call first to assure non temp will be there to actually help you. Get head start on things & follow through in a timely fashion. Dont arrive last 30 min of closing nor during lunch time (call first). No weekend move ins.

Last couple of months have been the absolute worse! New property management and they are unprofessional. Came on to the property changing prior agreements and threatening eviction. Trash compactor overflows for days gate is broken always . I’m beyond ready to move !!

I absolutely here at Monterey Village. The ppl at the leasing were amazing. The love and welcoming I felt as I entered the door were top of the line hospitality. Most managers are arrogant and cocky because of their position. She was very friendly and patient. Everyone wore beautiful smiles and and greeted so professionally. They made me wanna live here. I love here in Monterey Village.

I have been a resident of Monterey village at 2 separate times. I’ve been here though for going on 2 going on 3 years and the assistant manager Tyesha and the property manager Genitra are absolutely AMAZING. I had an issue with my apartment and Miss Genitra went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of. They really care at Monterey Village. The maintenance men are also very helpful and nice. I enjoy living here. And I’m renewing for my 3rd year lol
