Monterey Motel - Motel in Gardena - 13200 Vermont Ave, USA

The "older" rooms are ok... a bit rough, but the management is great! A no fuss, kind of guy. Rates are descent. But the location... well you might consider it in being, "off the beaten path". Its a bit out of the way as far as making a quick trip to getting your daily essentials. I hope they get a chance to revamp all the rooms to look as nice as the one I usually like to stay in.

This place is actually neat, it’s clean and equipped with a mini fridge and microwave and toiletries if you forget yours the beds can be noisy but not all rooms also we like that there’s floor instead of carpet . The neighborhood is safe and parking is within a minute or second from any room and staff is polite and kind there’s even some friendly cats nearby to greet you.

I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!!! me my fiancé and are (so called friend) rented a place from here for 3 nights! They were very kind, funny, and gave us all a home feeling environment! As for the rooms?! They have all types but my favorite is the all blue room it makes me feel so peaceful it was nice and clean and I did not see one bug my entire stay! And I left food out around the room! No bugs! This place definitely is worth the money spent! If not more! BUT THE MAIN THING HERE IS DON’T BE RUDE!!!! Give the same respect you want to receive!!! You are not higher then anyone just for ordering a room so PLEASE!!! Be very kind and respectful to them because they are the most kindest sweetest people! I wish I could give 100/5 stars ⭐️ lol 😂 I really enjoyed my stay and I’ll be back sooner then you know!

New management has changed this place. For the price you can’t go wrong. I get my basics checked: -a clean room! (Big plus) -comfy clean bed -free WiFi -free water bottles -big working TV! -you can tell the at check-in they want to earn your business The above is enough for me to come back and the price helps too 🙂

I have a regular room I always get here. If your a regular customer like I am. They usually hook it up with king size room if they have it. It’s clean place, and for the prices it get filled. Especially the weekends it gets a little filled up so I just go early and get it. But like I said if your a regular and they know you by name they do their best to make sure you get a room.

I actually stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was pretty awesome I mean I didn't have any bad experiences it was in the quiet area I never been to Gardena California a day in my life but it was pretty convenient and prices were great and will definitely recommend it to anyone who just wants to find a nice room where it's not extra pricey.

A Motel that is really worth more than 5 stars. This is cute little place to crash on for night. I planned a southern california trip and was looking for cheap motel on my way to disneyland parks and resorts and ended up finding this one in middle. This place offers free cable, Flat screen tv, Free Wifi, Free parking and wonderful management. This place is now under the new management and I was told it was going to be renovated in near future. I will check it out for sure to see the newly renovated rooms. I would like to thank you guys for amazing customer service and provide me with home feeling away from my home. I will come back on my next trip to SoCal
