The skinny brother is very nice super cool but the other man is very racist and has no respect for women he will come to your room and scream directly in your face and when you scream back at him he calls the police I never owed the hotel money not even one time and he came to my room every day to scream and yell unnecessarily reminding me to pay for that day (mind you there are people there who haven’t paid in months but because your new he will Harras you) his jaw locks when he gets mad and he looks like a crack head him self he’s a super punk he puts all the new guest on the 2nd and third floor and all the crack heads on the bottom floor you can tell by the smell don’t let your kids play outside there are needles on the ground outside there is no room service 3rd floor has no WiFi if you are black do not come to this. Hotel he does not like black peoples when he kicked us out he have no reason and when I asked if he was just targeting us because we’re black he actually answered “YES” I promise you guys if there’s one hotel don’t stay at it’s this one it’s so bad there they’ll also go in your room while your not there and delete the footage im seriously warning you DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
Pulled in. The place looked like a total dump. And i left. One main entrance is so steep most vehicles would bottom out. Lots of riff raff loitering around. No way I would stay there.
Love the fact that there is an efficiency motel that is reasonable with their pricing and can accommodate so many people that have such a hard time getting into a regular apartment. I am very pleased with this place. Thank you!
I love it I stay here they work with you if your struggling also will take the shirt off there back for you wonderful management rooms are big and clean.... they also have efficiency at great prices they let you do whatever to the room decorate it how you like it as long as your room is clean.... wonderful service
Now under a russian ladies management I was called the N word and stated" you people are always expecting something"! I asked if the house keeper could open my room because I accidently locked them in the room. Then the manager continued with"if you want good service go to the hilton! I agreed and left!!!! I was staying there for the week @ 200.00 which i felt was resonable, after deciding to leave my weekly rate went from 200 to 65.00 a night! I stayed 2nights and she charged me $130.00 now how can your rates be 65.00 a night and the hilton is 79.00 a night!? I called the police and they stated she can treat me howeverd and charge me whatever after i decided not to stay for the week!! LATHEM FINEST!!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE EVEN IF YOUR STANDARDS ARE NOT HIGH!! The Best part of this visit was the SPANISH resturant where a family had a business and ran it well,, I was impressed with the food and service of these indiviuals after what they witnessed and obvious discrimination from the manager they packed up and CLOSED there resturant down IMMEDIATELY, it was the last straw, wow I couldnt believe there COURAGE!!! GOD BLESS THEM and their future i KNOW it will be profitable.
The hotel was a really good deal. The rooms were nice. The staff was really friendly especially peter at the front desk. I dont know what these other reviewers are talking about. You get a clean room and free wifi. It may not be the Ritz but you cant beat the price. Plus its a great location.
This is not the first time I've stayed here, but it will certainly be the last. I began staying at this hotel about 4 or 5 years ago once or twice a year. It's always been no frills but now it's downright disgusting. I had to change rooms twice before I got one that smelled only vaguely like a wet basement as opposed to the ones before which smelled like mold. When we were all settled in I discovered that the faucet in the sink was covered in what looked like toothpaste and soapscum, and there was a huge clump of hair in the tub, the lamp shade on the nightstand had yellow spots all over the inside and the place has not been dusted in a long while. Any thought of asking to be moved again was out of the question since the desk clerk threatened to ask us to leave if we kept being difficult. We stayed two nights and received no maid service, we had to go to the front desk for towels and a key to the ice machine which is apparently kept locked to avoid people stealing ice. There is so much more I could get into but I think this review will give you a basic idea of how bad this place has become.
I want to give This 0 stars but I can't and still be able to warn people about This place. This is one of the worst motels in the capital district. My husband and I stayed there as weekly paying tenants and every time we went to pay our bill it was more than it should be and when my husband confronted the manager Jill about this issue he was simply told "we do math differently here so.....". They let any weekly tenant basically run the front desk and collect other residents money and if any paperwork was messed up by these people running the desk the tenant is held responsible not the person working the desk. We were once told that we forged one of THEIR reciets and was told we had to pay the money difference. The manager jill is very rude and the housekeeper that was working there was on parole and selling illegal drugs from her cleaning cart. STAY AWAY!
