Classic, old-school Italian Restaurant that's perfect for dining with family, friends and kids. Long standing establishment with a tried and true menu. All of the classic Italian specialties, pizza and hoagies are available. I have never had a bad meal here and I've been here probably ten times! On my most recent visit we had the fried zucchini appetizer, stuffed pepper soup and the grilled chicken pasta. Everything was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is chill and cozy here and the staff are always wonderful.

Our high school class has met here a few times and really enjoyed our visit. We were allowed to bring our own dessert. There is no plate charge. It was a Christmas party and we had a private area with lots of room for our gifts and dessert. The area was private, though still a part of the eating area. When reservations were made each time, someone would get back to us in a timely manner. And once I had to change the date the manager was so nice about the change. Will probably go back again. I always leave Monte Cellas with a good feeling.

It's really hard to give any pizza a perfect 5. But this place is a solid 4. I believe it to be the best pizza in the rt8 corridor. The dough and cheese are very good. It's also cooked perfectly. I usually do take out here, but I would eat in if given a chance. I highly recommend this establishment.

We love this Monte cellos. But today was exceptional! Our waitress was phenomenal- she went above and beyond to help our family enjoy our meal as seamlessly as possible. With a newborn and a 4 year old and a 6 year old, meals can be super chaotic. Having our waitress recognize that and accommodate us was such a blessing. We were very thankful for the wonderful experience

Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Came here because we had a dessert here a few years ago that was great. We ordered pizza and my son ordered buttered noodles. Pizza tasted like a microwave pizza. Do not get their Chicago deep dish. They didn’t even cook the toppings bacon was gummy and the onions raw. Then we ordered the same cookie dessert we liked before and it came out 35 minutes later burnt to a crisp the edges were black. Service was terrible as well. Never recieved napkins until we were done with dessert. Had to ask 4 times for to go containers. Just terrible

I like a lot of pizza places in this area, but my absolute favorite pizza can be found at Monte Cellos. It's their Chicago Deep Dish with some modifications. Their deep dish doesn't come with sauce unless you ask. Ask for normal sauce, but keep the tomatoes on top. Best of both worlds. For toppings, I always get spinach and double ham. It's such a great combination with the chunks of tomatoes and cheesy goodness. While this is hands down my favorite pizza, if you really want an authentic Chicago Deep Dish, this isn't it. This is really just a glorified pan pizza. A real deep dish pizza would take an hour to bake, this takes 20 minutes. To me, though, it is the perfect pan pizza. Try it!

Ordered the extra large joes special with ground beef added to it. It was Amazing! Done on time! The dough, sauce, cheese, and ground beef were top tear! Truly out of bounds will order again!

Mushy spaghetti. Service was slow even though very few customers. We have been here in the past and loved it, this time we were disappointed.
