This place is fantastic. I’ve reserved the facility for 2 separate events, my wedding and a 503c Youth Program event and both times I’ve been more than satisfied. It is small so do not plan on having big events here, but the history and overall feel of the place is fantastic.
It's a decent sized park in the Montclair neighborhood. They just put in a new tennis court and a horseshoe pit. 🤨 I guess that's a nice update. However I think the focus should have been on a basketball court or the playground. The playground is incredibly dated and small. Many young families are moving into the neighborhood, and I think this would have been a more appropriate renovation. The word is that it's "in the works", so we shall see.
The playground at the park has been redone with modern equipment.
This is a beautiful well maintained park. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a park to give your dog a short walk.

One of the prettiest parks downtown. Conveniently located next to Union Station, there are public restrooms here and lots of space for dogs. There is a bike path that runs along the river and they frequently host events here. This is a beautiful well
Beautiful and very safe to do some walking, jogging or even biking. Please note the entire trail is about 2 miles and right now in the winter the restrooms are closed and all they have is portable toilets without hand sanitizer.
Like many of the parks in Denver, Cook is going through minor renovations. The walking paths are receiving new concrete and will be fenced off in certain sections. Unfortunately, the kids' play area has been completely ripped out for the time being.
