This place is trying to be upscale with dirty carpets and cracked seats. If it was pristine clean, it would look great. First impressions.... and this is before the food. For what they charge the immaculate expectation is not unwarranted. The adult beverage order, sorry the first is not available, the second was MEH.
My husband is not a send his food back guy. The salad came, and the"blue cheese" tasted of 100% mayonnaise with blue cheese chunks. He sent it back. The second salad wasn't bad. The ribs and fries was his plate. After all that waiting and the fries were cold(a personal pet peeve of mine, my Mr. Wouldn't send it back) Even after tasting the ribs, sauce is good. The meat does fall off the bones as advertised, to mush, great if you don't want the enjoyment of masticating on some meat.
My plate was the crab encrusted chicken, on a bed of spinach, which was paired with garlic mashers. Someone spilled the salt all over my food, and the chicken had promise minus the overly salt state. How do you ruin spinach and make your guest wretch at the table? Apparently, salt and a lot of it. The mashed potatoes were abused too. They got to the table like mashed potato soup. Thus, unless you like the being hit in the face with saltwater feeling don't order this dish.
On a side note, our waitresse, she was trying hard, but if you wait 30 plus minutes to check on your guest whose plate is inedible..... room for improvement. She did offer to box up the inedible leftovers🤣
So before I wrote this, I spoke with several people who have also been to this establishment. It's 50/50 at best. You never know if the food will be good or not. So, even though they didn't charge us for the food I couldn't eat, sorry this is a one and done, we will NEVER eat here again.
We had our food pretty quickly, with extra stuff asked for. The atmosphere is inviting, large area, nicely decorated.
The waitress was good at first, but then never refilled our waters and wasn't around after my glass was empty tobask to refill it. We asked for our steaks to be medium, mine was but over seasoned, my husband's was very rare, pretty much raw.
I ordered a decaf coffee when she came asking about boxes, and it was crazy strong, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't decaf.
So over all it was an okay experience. We enjoyed time with family.
The Rib and Chop is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of mouthwatering options, but the real stars of the show are the salmon and steaks. The meat is cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with a smoky flavor that will leave you craving for more. The portions are generous, ensuring you leave satisfied. The service is attentive and knowledgeable, making dining here a truly enjoyable experience. Whether you're a meat lover or not, The Rib and Chop is a must-visit for any food enthusiast.
Good food I had the smoked ribs, baked potatoes and dressing with gravy Bomb!! It was indeed tasty! Plus it is part of the infamous copper king hotel... Fun!
My husband and I went here for our anniversary this summer and it was probably the BEST dining experience we’ve ever had! I had called ahead to reserve a table and they asked if we were celebrating anything, I told them our anniversary. When we arrived at the restaurant the staff went to full lengths to make sure we had a wonderful dinner. They all told us Happy Anniversary and presented us with a card signed by the staff, after we finished what was the BEST and most DELICIOUS dinners I’ve had in a long time, they told us dessert was on them. After we finished dinner they offered to take a picture for us since we had dressed up, which they printed out and gave us. We will most definitely be eating here again! The food and service were a 100/10!!!!
Great meal, Food was prepared perfectly and timely. I had the ribs, my friend had pork chops. Service was excellent, clean floors and tables. Very friendly people. Just a nice place!
The food was alright. I ordered the ribs with garlic mashed potatoes. The ribs were a little dry. The mashed potatoes were Luke warm when they arrived at the table and had a faint garlic taste but had no seasoning. Someone else in my party had the same food and got the exact same results. The last person in my party had chicken tenders with fries and enjoyed those. Our server, Shalee, did not come back to our table after she took our orders. Other staff brought our food and took our plates. You scan your receipt and then pay that way. It was a unique experience and I might try it again. I was not impressed with the server.
The food was delicious, there were 4 of us and everyone loved their food and thought it tasted great. The service was so so,I mean our waiter at least, he didn't come check on us regularly, we had to holler for him to get refills. They were out of several things they shouldn't be out of such as, Blue Moon, any brand of Merlot, their Reese's peanut butter pie dessert. I would eat there again because as I said, the food was great and next tome maybe they won't be out of so much stuff.

This place is like taking a step back a few decades, in a lovely way. Lydiaâs reminds me of supper clubs from the Midwest. Absolutely steeped in tradition, Lydiaâs is truly an experience. Reservations are recommended. Each entree comes with vario
Beautiful place, just walking in did wonders for my nervous system. Enoch is a bright light and Butte is very lucky him here. Inspiring art, healing stones, peaceful plant waves. Thank you for the special visit.

Donât miss it!! ð We were traveling through and I saw the building while waking our puppy. Stopped in based on all the good reviews, and so glad we did. EASILY the best hotdog Iâve ever had; owner said they use only high quality beef. Service
This is such a cool place. Really great environment and full of butte history. The owner was bad tending and was so friendly and easy to talk with. Iâm sad we donât live closer because I would be there all the time! Totally worth the stop!!
Town Talk used to have the best maple bars but when I got them for the first time in years the maple bars were really doughy. The other donuts were great just the maple bars were a little off. I would still recommend them because they are usually ver
A nice indoor carousel with wooden hand carved and painted houses. I wish that their music was more integrated into the ride itself because it would make the experience even better. It's a treasure for the Butte community.
Thank you Park Street Liqour Store for helping us with our party. The owner was so accommodating and obliging. We appreciate the service so much. Highly recommend.
Great late night meal with incredible beer selection. Our service wizard was Becca who is a coach at Montana Tech. She share how she ended up in Butte and stayed. Food good. Beer selection fantastic.
