Monta Noodle House - Ramen restaurant in Las Vegas - 5030 Spring Mountain Rd #6, USA

Monta has been one of my favorite spots in Vegas since over ten years ago. While the interior has changed, the delicious food and quick service has not! Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Tonkatsu ramen that comes with a pork broth that has a creamy and milky flavor that's savory with just a hint of sweetness from the bamboo and black mushroom. The thin noodles perfectly soaks up the broth without becoming too salty. Have to get 'Kaedama' or noodle refills for those that needs even more of the delicious noodles! Service: 5/5 - very responsive and friendly! Perfect lunch spot since you can get in and out within 30 minutes if there is no wait. Ambiance: 5/5 - during the afternoon, the blinds are drawn on one side of the store so it's not blinding but the door lets in some sunlight. It's a small but cozy store and was absolutely spotless when we sat down. Value for price: 5/5 - consistently delicious food, friendly and fast service, pocket friendly price point! Absolutely love this place!!

Good ramen, delicious broth, good gyoza. The server was very pleasant and attentive. The place is tiny. Don't even think about coming here with a party bigger than four. The temperature was a little too warm. A bit on the pricey side for what it is. I don't think we will be back based on the wait, and feeling very cramped next to people.

While I haven’t been to many ramen places, this place blew my expectations out of the water. Staff was extremely friendly and the food came out fast. The taste was amazing, and the prices were good. If you want somewhere cheaper to eat, but still have amazing food, go here. One thing I will recommend is that the inside is very small. I went outside of normal eating hours, so seating wasn’t an issue, but with three tables and a small bar seating area, it can fill up very fast.

Love this place! Simple, inexpensive, delicious! Monta is my favorite ramen place. There’s a few places in Vegas that make it hard to not stop at instead of trying something new, and this is one of them. Their tonkotsu ramen broth is so rich, almost creamy, and fills your mouth with savory umami flavor. We’ve tried all of the different broths for ramen here and they’re all good, but the tonkotsu is best! The fresh noodles are perfect for slurping and have a nice soft chew to them. The pork belly is flavorful, fall apart tender, with a melt in your mouth fatty deliciousness. If you like spice, get a side of chili paste to add some good heat to your ramen. I also love the kimchi fried rice here. I think it’s also the best I’ve had. The house made gyoza are also very good. Monta! Still my favorite ramen shop in the entire USA. Yes, not just in Vegas. The whole country! Noodles are super authentic thin Tonkotsu ramen noodle. Order it “Barikata” so that it’ll be cooked firm which is the way most people in Japan prefer Tonkotsu ramen noodles! Broth is also on point. A truly Japanese quality ramen bowl. On a plus note it is not overpriced! How great is that! Good service as well. 12 out of 10!

The restaurant is so pretty and cozy. The flavor was excellent ❤️. The food was so quick to come out! The staff was very polite and friendly. 10/10 recommended.

Underwhelming and expensive. I’ve had better instant ramen for $2. Noodles were glued together and the flavor was just ok. Included a couple of paper thin pork slices.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food here! I loved the unique asthetic of the black garlic ramen. It was delicious and had wonderful flavour and the noodles were chewy! We sat at the counter. The interior was fine, I found it quite hot inside as it was an open kitchen with the Vegas heat. The service was great as well!
