I'm a long time customer, thousands and thousands of dollars spent at monster games. I've purchased at least 2 set boxes for every release of Magic the gathering, along with most of my sealed product purchases over the years. That all ends today because of the rudeness of some guy I've never seen behind the counter before. I suspect due to the age he may even be the owner. My wife and I who are there all the time brought our pup with us. Instead of pulling us aside, or introducing himself, or asking any questions. He decided the best tactic is to just yell out "we're allergic". The dog itself is hypoallergenic so noone was in any actual danger. The tone and the forceful nature scared my wife and she found it to be embarrassing which I believe that was the intent of this guy. It was just rude and uncalled for. If you didn't want us in there with our dog you could have been nice about it, Instead of being incredibly rude. She Could have waited with the dog outside while I spent my hard earned money in your store. Now... I'll drive to Brandon for friendly service... because it's worth it.

Do. Not. Buy. Used. Games. From. Here. We bought a game from here for my wii U was very excited to open it up and play it when we got home only it read as an invalid game. I should have known better when they said they didn't do refunds only exchanges(within 7 days) i should have seen the scam from a mile away. Unfortunately we didn't want any other games from this place especially after this experience or the store credit they said they could give us instead of a refund. So learn from me and don't buy used games here cause now we're stuck with an invaild game 😑. *response to "owner" we know how to troubleshoot and do all that ourselves as I stated to the guy on the phone and in no way was I rude to the guy btw I could have been rude but I understand he just worked for a cheap and sleazy man so maybe don't rip people off and you wouldn't have these problems and have to lie to sell stuff*

This place has good customer service but I Just wish someday I can get to sell/trade my cards but overall this place is really great

This is a sad little store that's trying to figure out what it wants to be when it grows up. They're trying to do video games and cards and board games and everything else under the sun. But they have a poor selection of all of those things. I think they may have had 10 to 15 different switch games. It's kind of sad to see what they could have done with it and what they chose to do with it. They have a huge amount of space, and have no product to fill any of it up. The kids behind the counters didn't seem to know what they were doing either. I don't think that we would expect that they would be there too long. Give him a year and they'll be gone and they'll be a new store in its place.

Good atmosphere. Cozy. Old school games and a lot of trading cards.

Went to buy magic precons and the prices were so inflated and they weren't even good precons. Also had 2 other patrons start an argument with me and be very aggressive while I was being calm, and the owner just stood there watching while 2 people yelled at me for no reason. Would not recommend for playing, buying, or selling magic cards, or retro or new games as well.

One of the staff completely trampled my seven year old son to get to another customer. Didn’t even apologize, just walked into and through him. I am appalled. The staff is incredibly inconsiderate and I will NOT be shopping here again.

Me and my wife both called to get an estimate on a system and the employee wouldn't help us out at all. He was extremely rude and very condescending. I asked for a manager and he said they don't have one. I really think this is extremely laziness on the employees behalf. Sorry I inconvienced him by calling and asking him to do his job! P.s. Gamestop give estimates through there app. I was just trying to find out if this store would offer more but couldn't get help. I'll just go to gamestop I guess.
