We purchased two devices to test at one of our properties. I should've known by the sales process that this service was not going to end well. I had to work with three different sales people to get the service setup as the first two quit during the sales process. Once I received the Apple TV boxes, I realized there was a lot of work to properly setup the system. If Monscierge could've linked Google information to their service, it would have been much easier to add features. We simply used the basic functions of the service to be able to reset passwords after each renter left the property. Fast forward 6 months...Randomly both Apple TV boxes reset and eliminated the Monscierge application from the hardware. I called Monscierge to cancel the service since it disappeared but they rudely said I was contractually obligated for the remaining 24 months. With technology changing so quickly, there are many better options out there that do not require a contract.
I recently had an exceptional customer service experience with Monscierge, and I am delighted to share my gratitude here. A few weeks ago, I encountered a frustrating DirecTV issue and reached out to their team for assistance.

No customer service for whatsoever after signing contract. The sales rep gave inaccurate information/ falsely advertised to us. When we realized the product didn't work and tried to cancel, nobody ever gets back to you. We were promised multiple times to have a rep contact us and never delivered. We contacted sale rep, customer service line etc., and were told we must deal with our account rep, who does not respond.
We have a luxury vacation rental in Sonoma, CA and we have been really happy and impressed with the service that Monscierge provides for us and our guests. Previously we had a roku device which was terribly designed, looked bad visually and was confusing to use. Being able to use the Apple TV device and Monscierge service gives our guest a very elevated and designed curated experience. It made our TV experience “on brand” and in alignment with the rest of our luxury property. The customer service has also been great. It’s worth every penny for us to be able to give this great TV experience to our guests. Our guests also appreciate being automatically signed out of all streaming services when they check out, such a nice feature that they offer. I know it makes our rental stand out from the competition.
Similar to the experience that Bill had in the reviews, this company is refusing to cancel my subscription and refund amounts and I've had to end up disputing this on my CC.
They are EXTREMELY irresponsive once they have signed you up for their service and you won't hear back on any of your customer service billing requests.
I'm very disappointed by their commitment to service, I would have been excited to share this product with others, it is truly a shame that this company does not think about the customer's needs.
The level of service you get from this company is very rare to find these days! Not only do you get an extremely fast response time, but the team that handles the technical issues is a pleasure to work with. Super friendly, and always ready to help. Being in the Hospitality Industry, I work with a lot of different companies, and this one is by far one of the easiest to work with. The platform is also very user friendly and allows for a lot of customization for your group postings!

They promised a "customizable" lobby display product but everything we have asked them for they are unable to do because "it is not a part of their template" - there are choices in their template but they do not work for us. We have been paying for this because we are under contract but we do not use it.
