It was very crowded but we had a reservation for my baby's birthday party so it wasn't too bad for us. Our party host was great!! My 3 year old had a blast for her birthday!! She better have as much as mommy paid!! 🤔😂🤯

I had a wonderful experience for my son‘s sixth birthday. Our host Mackenzie was very attentive and helpful. While serving our party, Mackenzie was training a new employee named Ava. I booked a small party thinking we would only have a few kids attending and was surprised to see double the number of guests I predicted. Mackenzie and Ava accommodated our extra guests quickly and simply adjusted our bill to account for the extra attendees. The party stayed on schedule with pizza and drinks ready by the times stated. Pizzas were hot and fresh when delivered to our table. All the party attendees and their parents enjoyed the experience and were catered to if they had any needs. Highly recommend this place for a young child’s birthday.

It's ok here. The only thing that happened was 3 different games took my money. I brought it the attention of an employee and she tried to help but needed a manager. Not once did I see the manager come over. She knew about it bc the employee told her but she never put money back on card or anything. A little disappointed in this. Overall a nice little place to get energy out of the little ones

This place is so great for younger kids. We came for a birthday party and it was so much fun. My kids had a blast! Definitely try this place.

I wouldn’t recommend for toddlers at all. I don’t expect everything to be perfect or spotless because it’s a place for kids but there are so many safety hazards from exposed equipment, cords, outlets, choking hazards all over the place and food in the floor, it doesn’t look as if it’s cleaned regularly. My son found every hazard in the hour we were there. Parents don’t watch their children and employees are only monitoring front desk. The toddler are is small with a padded floor, some soft blocks and some harder climbing blocks. There are no bounce houses for toddlers. The older kids take over the toddler area, running, jumping, rolling in and throwing blocks. Older kids will try to pick up your toddlers in the toddler area. It’s cheap but not very safe for toddlers especially without parental or employee supervision.

I had my son's 8th birthday here and it turned out wonderful. Our hostest was top notch! The employees are group of nice young adults that are full of bubbly energy, super friendly, they all are great with kids and genuinely seem to enjoy there job. Hats off to management be for not only making it a great place for customers but it's obvious that they maintain a great work environment for this wonderful group of employees.

Craig did my son's birthday party and was SO wonderful! Personality and energy were so pure a contagious! Love him! 10/10 recommend him and monkey Joe's for your party needs!
