I’d give 0 stars if possible. This place was absolutely Terrible. We will not be returning. Let’s start with the toddler section. The toys that are Attached to the wall a few of them Have plastic pieces that are broken that my son could’ve cut himself on Or any other toddler. The Toddler carousel inside the toddler section was not working either. I feel like I paid for my son to not be able to do anything. Also, along the toddler section they have metal pieces sticking out along the railings. Again anyone can cut themselves on it especially a kid riding the carousel. It’s also over by the Big bird ride. The floors are disgusting & trash filled. Now let’s get to the staff. My fiancé Informed one of the staff members about this And he said he was going to come take a look, and never did just shook it off like it was nothing. It makes me feel like they don’t care about safety. A girl working also had A shirt on that said, I love my boyfriend with skull hands holding her breasts. Is that really work appropriate at a kids place? I don’t think so. To add to it she had pajama pants on. The bounce houses are so filthy my oldest who is 4 was complaining & wanted to leave it was so bad. Once again we will not ever be returning it was a waste of our money, this place is ran down.

Just got home from having what could only be described as the best birthday party I've ever been able to throw. Monkey Joe's was the perfect place to have my six-year-olds party. Not only was it extremely affordable, it was also very clean, and the staff was amazing, I have hosted several birthday parties at many different places over the last five years and this was by far the best. The food was also very good and I am truly happy that we chose to have our birthday party there. I would highly recommend it!

This place is filthy, the inside smells bad and it doesn’t even look like they clean the bouncy houses being that there is dust on the tops of them. I had to personally go and get an employee to clean the restroom before I used it, it was that bad. And the pizza is terrible. This place is too expensive for the service it provides. Every time I bring my children here the prices magically go up. I’m only giving this review because I honestly think this place is a rip off . I will not be bringing my children back here.

The place is starting to fall apart, many games dont work, the bounce houses are fun for the kids when they arent getting trampled by older kids running through them. The servers werent very knowledgeable, causing them to not be very efficient. Then they were rushing us out of the room. Weve had many birthdays here but i think we will be looking at other places in the future

I had my daughters 6th birthday party here on the 13th. I have previously had a party here and the experience was great so I did it again a few years later. This time was not so great. The party attendant that we had showed up in pajama pants. Which just seemed inappropriate. She was MIA for most of our party. Then as the party was wrapping up the manager in assuming that's who she was. Interrupted the party to hand me the bill and discuss it. I feel like this was something she should have waited until the party was over with or asked me to step out of the room away from my guests to discuss costs. Also generally Monkey Joe comes around for the birthday kids. He didn't come around until after our party time in which my daughter was lucky enough to catch him as we were getting ready to walk out the door. On top of all this, from the moment I walked into the facility it felt like the staff was rushing us around and then rushing us out. I will not be planning another party here due to the experience that we had this time around.

Aside from half of the games being broken for as long as I can remember it is still a great place for my kids, even my autistic one and a half year old son. Me and my boys come every weekend and enjoy our time here. Anthony is great at his job and amazing with my kids and the other kids as are the majority of the other employees that are working on Sundays and some Saturdays that we come in. Beyond accommodating and helpful and patient with all of my kids. We love monkey joes!

We took advantage of the buy one get one half off for 8 kids who had an absolute ball. They don’t allow re-entry to encourage you to buy their overpriced food. We took a pass and ended up eating elsewhere.

Pizza was better than expected, our Server was great( I think his name started with an A), very helpful~the kids at Kyla's party had a great time! We will def come back for her sister's party! 🥳 😁🎉
