Most the time I'd give it a 5 for food. We ordered a deluxe Saturday and it was so salty. Please don't add a lot of salt to your pizza. Hopefully this was just a one time thing.

My family used to love Monicals. However for Christmas this year my family and I received food poisoning after ordering Monicals takeout and I can definitely say this experience has finally ruined monicals for us for good. I know this location got shut down not too long ago for cleanliness issues. If this place can’t remain clean it needs to be shut down.

Waitress barely came to our table. If you order 5 or 10 breadsticks, you are still only given one of each sauce. Makes no sense. Kids mac n cheese is generic out of a box. Big waste of money. Pizza was ok. Meatball sub was dry. Should have had much more sauce being served on that hard bread so you could bite into it and a fork and knife would have been nice.

Ordered online for carry-out was surprised they didn't deliver to top of the hill in East Peoria like 8 minutes away. But drove from Bloomington to pick up order and waited still. Not a huge inconvenience but at least pizza was fresh and hot.

It took a little bit for the pizza itself, but everything tasted great. The waiter was amazing and we had our drinks and salad right away.

Best tasting pizza we've had in a long time!! Really great wait staff too!!

Everything was as expected. We were a larger party on Christmas Eve (10) and service and food were delivered very timely and good.

We like Monicals Pizza in the Cherry Tree Center in Washington, IL. We have had several birthday parties, retirement party, baby shower, other celebrations in their large room in the back. We like their Family Pleaser Meal, which consists of your choice of pizza,(pan or thin crust), a Garden Fresh Salad (fresh lettuce,tomatoes,shredded carrots, & Colby cheese.) Plus a pitcher of your choice of soft drink, Iced tea, or Sweet tea. Great deal for a family. If you don't feel like pizza, Monicals has great sandwiches. All sandwiches are served on a warm sub roll with chips or apple sauce. I love their Turkey BLT. It's sliced turkey with crisp bacon,tomato,light mayo and lettuce. Their BBQ Chicken sandwich is a grilled chicken with melted Mozzarella cheese on top and BBQ sauce slathered on the top. Oh, they taste soooo good! If you are looking for a lot of meat on a sandwich...you can't go wrong with a Monicals Hot Sicilian which has bacon, pepperoni, sliced ham, melted Mozzarella cheese, lettuce and dijonaise mustard. Lots of other choices include: Turkey Sub Italian Beef Meatball Sub Veggie Sub Or you can order 1/2 Sandwich plus an individual garden salad with the dressing of your choice. Their salad dressings are very good. Their sweet and tart is like a red french dressing. I like their Ranch dressing. Other choices include Creamy Italian, Thousand Island, Fat-Free Vinaigrette, Light Ranch, or Light Sweet & Tart. Other salads available are: Pecan Grilled Chicken Salad Southwest Chicken Salad Antipasto Salad Garden Fresh Salad All are good. I have had them for lunch many times. Always fresh! If you don't feel like pizza, you can also order off the menu: Calzones Meatballs (smothered in marinara,mozz & Colby cheeses) Bone in Chicken wings, Mozzarella sticks, Garlic Bread Lasagna Baked Ravioli Hot Wings Spaghetti with meatballs Tortellini Pepperallies ( think pinwheel rolled tight with Hormel pepperoni, tomato paste and 4 cheeses, garlic seasoned, with marinara) Whatever you order, you will enjoy it. One of our favorite places to eat with our sister and brother-in-law.🍕🍝
