I'd recommend! Beds were comfortable, service was great. I arrived early so they didn't have the room ready but I let them know I was going to be out visiting the town and they let me check in and gave me the key for when I returned and let me know the room would be ready within an hr. But that was fine cause like I said, I was early and was going to be out. Room was clean, had a microwave and fridge. The area was really quiet. Best place I have stayed! I've paid much more for a crappy room. Thank you so much!
Comfy bed, clean room, clean towels and sheets. Cute little motel. Great parking, nice and close to many cool places. The only problem I have is the tv is too tiny, that you can barely see it from the bed. I like that the rooms have microwaves, coffee makers and mini fridge. Bag breakfast was just ok. Fruit, yogurt, cookie and granola bar. I would rather have a hot breakfast sandwich. I would choose this motel again!
Our room located on the end of the second floor, and no view to see just a wall. The room is fairly large with 2 queen, refrigerator, TV and a desk. The bed is hard on my back. The breakfast is a to go bag that you can pick up at the lobby. The location is convenient close to stores and restaurants, and 15 minutes drive to Pacific Grove in Monterey California. The hotel is located behind the gas station, we missed it because there’s no hotel sign outside.
The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was OK. The room should have more than one chair since the room was for up to four people. The beds were too high. |Our "welcome" from hotel included the list with the price of each item, so guests should pay in case something would be missing or stained (!) including towels, washcloths, sheets, pillowcases, iron, microwave, luggage rack, telephone, alarm-clock, and "leather chair"! Really! Somebody stole a luggage rack, a hotel phone, and a chair from the hotel! It was so disrespectful to greet guests like this! By the way, an iron was missing, and the chair definitely was not a leather chair.|The breakfast was a joke - "to go" package with a pastry, a granola bar, one small yogurt, a banana, and a tangerine (same every day). There is no breakfast room in the hotel, you should go to your room to eat it (remember, there is only one chair there).|Our room was not cleaned, only towels were changed. Even the ashtray at our door was not cleaned before our arrival.
I forgot to take more photos, but this place is AWESOME! It's the smaller hotel that's BIG on service!!
I hurt my back, and they were super friendly and got us a room on the 1st floor even though they were almost completely full! The whole area has flowers, well kept up grounds, and the office staff went out of their way to help us when we asked for suggestions.
I can't say enough great things about this place. If you want comfort, relaxation, and good people, this is the place to go. They also have a.mini market next to the hotel, which made it super helpful for those last things we forgot or wanted.
This stay was excessively expensive for what we’ve got. The rooms could be a lot cleaner. Also the breakfast is a bag breakfast and promised yogurt was missing. But the beds are very comfortable. And the front desk staff were very nice and kind.
Checked in one hour later than check in time. Had to wait 20 minutes after we got to the room for it to be ready. The next morning, the shower leaked so we had to use the towels to clean up. The signs in the room said if you wanted clean towels, to leave them on the floor and they would be replaced, so we did. When we returned to the room that evening, NOTHING had been done to the room. No service and NO clean towels. We had to dry off the next day with the 2 wash rags that hadn't been used on the bathroom floor. We tried numerous times to call the front desk for assistance but there was no answer. For over $200 per night, I would expect MUCH better!! So disappointing 😞
Fantastic staff.. the rooms are clean and well taken care of. The price is great. The snack bag for breakfast will get you going and well proportioned. The gentleman in the gas station helped me out with a coffee in the morning. We will be back for sure
