First Time Visit, Long Time Mexican Food Lover: everything was absolutely Delicious!!! portion sizes -amazing & so filling. salsa- extremely REFRESHING & light & flavorful. we tried the carnitas, shredded chicken, & steak- ALL OF THEM SO JUICY and FULL OF FLAVOR and GORGEOUS texture! The Atmosphere is also beautifully authentic & the staff are so kind! 1000/10 recommend!! Thank you for everything Ivonne!!

Came in for lunch they sat us down right away but did not like where we were sat. I asked our server Daniel if we could get a better view and he gave us seats next to the water. He was very attentive to us and made sure food and drinks were full. Had a great experience and the food was definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

Huge appetizer portions! Be careful or you won’t have room for the main courses (or unless you’re wanting lots to take home). I had the Mexican-style wings—even on my carnivore diet these were too good to eat just one (pictures are only four because I’d eaten four before snapping the pic). My main was a half rack of ribs; equally delicious. My sister said her chili relleno was excellent. And to top it off the The M-F 11-5 BOGO margaritas were jugs of liquid delight. Rolling home happy, we will definitely be back. Thanks, Gilbert.

I love this place. I highly recommend it, if you want to spend quality time with family, friends or as a couple, this is the perfect place. Whenever I want to go to a restaurant, be it on an important date or a casual outing, I always end up at Monarca, and WHY? Because the food is unbelievably delicious, the drinks are amazing, the service is impeccable, the atmosphere is charming, cheerful… and more on the weekends where there is a musician and comedian who will make you dance and laugh all the time.

Gilbert, our server, was awesome! Quick with the service and checked on us often. We came with a party of 6 on a Thursday evening. Pretty busy, and I see why! The food was delicious and fresh. Not overly seasoned and came out super quick.

We spend winters in Florida. One of the first places we eat when we get down here is Monarca’s! They have a vast menu, the wait staff is accommodating, and the location along the canal makes for a lovely dining experience! Special thanks to our waiter, Daniel, today! Superb per usual! 🌮👅💦

The best food I have ever had. Our server Liseth was great. I will be back tomorrow.

The place is super nice right by the water. You have outdoor seating. The guacamole is made right at your table. The beef soup is outstanding. Karina our server is very nice. Plenty of draft beer on tap. I will recommend to anyone.
