My daughter and I visit this location when we left the beach on October 21,2023. And it was our first time visiting. Our whole experience was amazing and very pleasant and the staff was really helpful and friendly. I asked the hostess who sat us outside how long they been open she said a year. The food was hot and delicious and the drink was on point I didn’t have to send it back to be strong or buy another shot. First was awesome keep it up. We need great customer service.

My new favorite Mexican restaurant in town! I’ve been 3 times in the last 2 weeks it is so good. Food is delicious. Literally the best birria tacos in town, in my opinion. The sampler appetizer platter was also a great deal and very tasty. Guacamole is fresh with large chunks of avocado and queso is excellent as well. Happy hour (2-5pm) had 2 for 1 house margaritas, which were surprisingly very good, you can tell they use fresh juices and not that awful sour mix. Also loved their spicy margarita so much! Drink menu is very creative and drinks are a work of art. Atmosphere is also lovely and service is always fast. Big fan of Monarca, and will continue to come back.

Late lunch in Ormond Beach area on the way to check in, have to do a bag drop and head to Vollusia racetrack for late model dirt Sunshine Natl's. Living the keto dream of late one of my favorites is a chicken fajita , hold the rice and beans, add shrooms, jalapeños, cheese and hold the tomato. No tortillas, rice or beans. They brought the thing out sizzling and smokin, everyone got choked on the smoke, whatever that is. Flavors were good, wait staff was awesome.

Great experience here!! Super nice and helpful staff! Probably some of the best ceviche I’ve had. Definitely will be returning.

We visited here tonite and it was so amazing!! My husband had Enchiladas Rancheras, I had birria tacos. The chips were on point! Warm and thick for dipping in the delicious salsa and queso!! Salsa had a nice smokiness flavor!!! Mango margaritas were refreshing!! The rice and beans authentic as you can get!!!! We will be back as a local favorite!!!!

This place was very very good. Great bar area which we look for. Our friend had an avocado margarita which was amazing! The house margarita and mojito were good. The 1/2 bean 1/2 queso was unique and delicious. Honestly the only thing that kept them from getting 5 stars was price. Unfortunately I feel that's very "ormond beach" these days. Absolutely worth a visit, we'll be back.

This food was sooo yummy! I would recommend to anyone in Daytona. Chips were served warm and mojito was super fresh. Ceviche was very tasty and fresh. It did not taste “fishy.” However, it did feel like there was more onion than fish in it. It was so nice to see that the menu had an entire vegetarian section, and my refried bean burrito was delish (though a bit runny). The Alambre also had incredible flavor. Can’t go wrong with anything here. :) Some of the best Mexican I’ve had.
