Staying here was the perfect getaway for me and my husband! The rooms are beautiful and retro along with the beach vibe of the property. You can walk to the beach or down to shops and restaurants. If the beach isn’t your thing, they also have a heated pool. The customer service at this whole is amazing as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend. Thank you for having us at the Monaco!
Could not believe how awesome this little spot was! So close to beach access, dining, bars, everything! We loved the aesthetic of the Monaco and loved the newly renovated room! Had absolutely everything we needed. They even sent us recommendations for places to eat and things to do the day after we checked in. So happy we picked the Monaco for our vacation :)
Pictures and descriptions were exactly what was delivered. My family and I traveled at the end of July and absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, Antoni (our concierge) was nice and very responsive (answering questions as well as providing suggestions of food and activities close by), and the beach was a block and a half from the room on the quieter north end of Clearwater. My kids also enjoyed the pool which had plenty of chairs, loungers and umbrellas. We will definitely return!
We had 24 family members in Topsail NC for the week. We stayed at 44 Porpoise La. The place was so well stocked in the kitchen. The rooms were great. We were directly on the beach with a lovely pool and a spa. We will definitely be returning. The management company was terrific!
This was my first time visiting clear water beach. The host was amazing and recommended activities for all times of days as well as answered any questions extremely fast. Was an excellent location with restaurants near by as well as a gas station and cvs in walking distance. The room was clean and came with all the amenities that you could want. Had a great time and will be looking to come back next year!

Stayed at Monaco Vacation Rentals July 26-29. Room 130 is small and located next to office. TV seats very low on the console and should be installed on the wall. Also we did not get any room service for our stay, no emptying out garbage can, no fresh towels, etc. | If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Wall A/C is very loud and room was musty. Pool open from dust to dawn but the two nights that we were there we were waken by people partying in pool area (first night 1:45 AM and second night 11:30 pm) I was told the next day by Antony via messenger that we could have communicated with them about the noise and that we should have called the non emergency number. Hotel location is good, walking distance to beach. I booked this room via VRBO and paid $430.43 for 2 nights. $140.50 per night plus Host Fees $105.43 (cleaning fee $65 tax $40.43) and Service Fee $44. I will no longer book thru VRBO our friends booked directly with the hotel and paid almost $100 less than us. |I will not be a repeat guest.
We booked this last minute and were lucky enough to have the room we picked available! Our first time here, so wasn't sure what to expect. It was so clean and cute and welcoming. When we first pulled up, the room was right there, very visible, so I was a bit worried. While it was bright with all the big windows, I felt like we would be in a "fishbowl" with no privacy, BUT the curtains made a huge difference! The space was large enough for the two of us. Great A/C. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The courtyard area was cute and convenient to sit outside. Free laundry was awesome! (although only one washer, dryer each so, you had to time it right). Bath necessities and hair dryer. The location was ok for the most part. About a 3 min walk to the beach. A tad bit more (another block over by the palm pavilion beach restaurant) if you want to go rent chairs and umbrella for the day. (Only $25 to rent the entire day!) But we did take advantage of the ones on the property, too. They were a bit run down but worked. Since this is away from the strip, it's on the quiet end. Walkable to the strip but not super close. But there's not a ton to do right around this building, hence keeping it fairly quiet. You will need to walk or bike to have choices. The free onsite parking at the building was very convenient. And the few other tenants that we did speak with were very nice. Easy check out process. The only suggestion at this time would be to have more than one ice tray. If you are staying, know there is no ice maker, so remember to pick up a bag of ice! 😀
Overall, it was a great decision for our last-minute 3 night stay, and we will be back to stay in that unit again sometime!
Wonderful experience at this incredibly CLEAN hotel. We stayed only overnight to catch a very early morning flight. The rooms were immaculate, lots of towels, and plenty of space for us. I heard minimal noise, even though we were outside of a freeway
As a club member, this is our first experience at this location. The resort is beautiful. It has a robust gym for being a hotel/resort.
Peyton at the front desk was extremely informative and a pleasure to check in with. Of course they still want to
Love this place. I do believe this is the best coffee I have ever had...fresh, tasty and very smooth. The service was excellent and I love the decor. A vintage vibe but new and clean. I would recommend this place and I plan to go back. Also...they pl
