Me and my wife stop here for lunch while passing through. Wife had liver and onions with brown gravy and mash potatoe. Said that it was good but not great. I had open face roast beef with with brown gravy and potatoes. The plate had plenty of beef and potatoes more than I could eat. This place was crowded and had to wait on table but it didn't take long. I would stop here again. Price 20.oo for two.
I like this place because they have veggie omelette. It seems hard to find one that offers veggie breakfast. Everyone here is really nice and polite.
Ok so, we saw a 3 star review where the guy said the staff wasn't attentive. That's an angry bitter old man who doesn't deserve this quality of food and service. Honest to God best breakfast food I've had in some time!! Clean plates for a reason
I guess you call that an omelet? More like an egg casserole… Not worth $13. Wanted to charge $2.5 extra to put gravy on a biscuit that came with meal.. Wife’s “Belgian” Waffle was not made fresh.. was frozen and had cold pie filing on top.. Over all $40 ticket.. Won’t be back. Waitress was kind though and kept our drinks filled. Apologies for the review but we’ve been for lunch as well and had a similar experience with the quality of food.
Super calm atmosphere, an big portions for the price . Honestly, it's so much better than ihop & waffle house. Would definitely come again
Food is always good and the atmosphere is OK, not great but it could be worse. The service is always below your basic standards. Once you walk in the door, it seems no one greats you for a solid four or five. Once you're seated, it's another five plus minutes before you get menus,drink order, maybe, or even utensils. I don't know what's been going on, but it's abysmal, to say the least. The servers are nice once they figure out you're alive and sitting in their section.
Everything was perfectly cooked to our like. Place was super busy but we didn't had to wait long. Only complaint is waiter disappeared until our food arrived (took a very long time) and disappeared again until we were done to bring check, but, again the place was super busy so we must be understand and so grateful they showed up for work. Thank you for a perfect and delicious breakfast.
