Extremely flavorful Tibetan food in a relaxed and warm environment! Has a full meat menu and an entirely separate menu for vegan options. This was some of the most tasty and satisfying food I’ve had since my local Ayurvedic restaurant closed down post-pandemic. Between the three of us we had a chicken tali meal, a vegan tali meal (with garlicky spinach, spicy potatoes, yellow dal, jasmine rice, spiced okra - not slimy at all, & pickles), and a vegan tumeric lo-mein packed with veggies and spices. Also recommend the Nepali tea, hot or cold. Absolutely worth the drive up from the city. I suggest making a reservation on weekends as it was packed!
Came here for dinner after strolling around in Beacon. The platter is absolutely flavorful, definitely worth a try! My friend got their power bowl…a bit salty, but the broth had such a kick👌🏻-rich and smooth
Wow. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. I had the vegan platter and momos and all were amazing. So flavorful, especially the okra. Also walk over to the bathroom because on your way there’s a huge window that overlooks the kitchen, everything in this restaurant smelled amazing. I went on a Saturday at 5 and the tables were full of people.
Lovely place with lovely owners. I’ll definitely be back when in Beacon. A lot of people were also taking out.
I was longing for food like this since coming to the US. This is THE place to go in Beacon, NY if you are carving for food from the Indian peninsula region. 100/10. The Daal, the chow mein, the chilly chicken and the platter were simply amazing.
Cute and delicious little dumplings. It’s cozy and warm inside. It was raining today but as soon as I got inside this restaurant, I immediately fell in love with it. No regrets!
I've been going to MoMo Valley since they were in the Hudson valley food hall. All of their dumplings are delicious and made fresh daily. I've recently been into their sweet onion soup with the chicken dumplings, so delicious and the flavors are complex and well balanced. If you do not like dumplings (who doesn't?) Then get the beef with rice noodles or the ground chicken meal. You can order mild not spicy if you don't like the traditional heat. Order in at the sit down restaurant or order out, you won't be disappointed!
The service was excellent. The waiter was very attentive and kind. The restaurant was decorated super cute! With the tables, the color and the plants. It felt very comfortable inside. The platter was very yummy. I only wish the chicken in the Chowmein was as tender as the chicken in the platter. The Chowmein chicken was quite chewy and dry. I would totally return again for the platter. The spicy chicken bowl was good and extremely spicy!
Friendly employees but food wasn’t very flavorful. It’s $14 for 6 momos, which is very steep compared to Jackson Heights in Queens. I got the Himalayan chicken bowl, which was well portioned, but just fine. Mango lassi was good.
Trax is an amazing quiet coffee shop where I personally love to get work done with a cup of hot coco and a bagel with cream cheese. Donât even get me started in their cute patio with picnic tables perfect for summer. And if you like funny gender ne
This is a dream of a cafe. For someone who is trying to not drink as much caffeine due to anxiety, having a matcha cafe here is amazing. I tried the hojicha thomas for $6 and it was 100% worth it. This is a drink youâll enjoy if you like earthy cre
Their coffee is great. Had coffee with my girlfriend. She also had a baked goods snack, but I didn't know which one. This was my first visit, but she is a loyal customer. Now I am a loyal customer, too!
This is a moderate difficulty trail. Great views from the top, worth the extra mile to go to the fire tower. Bring good shoes, and enough water, you'll probably be sweating on the way up.
