My three roommates and I have been a few times and It's one of our favorite places, definitely my favorite spot for Japanese food now. If it's a little out of the way for you, or it seems like it is, go grab a bite anyhow! They start with a customary restaurant greeting and to match the inviting welcome the food is amazing, their kaarage (fried chicken) curry is probably my favorite dish (so far!), but the ramen, udon, even the sushi is delicious! Their variety of sake never disappoints and all of their staff are always very nice, Joseph was our server this last visit and he was wonderful, super helpful and attentive to all the customers even when it was crazy busy and he made us feel right at home. Thank you very much for many wonderful times Momo no Hana!

Hands down the best place in Apache Junction to eat higher end food!!!! I heard from a friend the food was 🔥!!! They did not disappoint at all!!! Yeah it’s a small seating area, but they delivered some of the best sushi I’ve had ever all over the country!!!! Bonus points they are only 20 minutes away. We will definitely make this our new Japanese spot👊🏻

This is a nice unassuming place to get some traditional Japanese food (i.e. donburi, yakisoba, udon, ramen, curry). I was really wanting a good katsudon as my favorite place to indulge in had closed a couple years ago. This place came up on a Google search and the reviews were promising. The place is small and not at all flashy. It had the hint of an unpleasant aroma but it stopped being noticeable a few minutes in (whether that's good or bad). Not many seats and we had to wait 30 minutes-ish to sit and order. We didn't mind since we planned a wait. The service was very nice but not very attentive. We didn't get a refill on water or soda the whole time. But the servers were few and they were keeping busy getting food out so we took no offense. We ordered vegetable tempura, takoyaki, katsudon and karrage don. Everything was delicious. Loved the takoyaki. The katsudon was a bit smaller and a little pricier than my previous go to but it still hit the spot. While the karrage don was not my sort of thing my wife enjoyed it. The meal wasn't life changing but it was a great way to get some not so easy to find traditional Japanese dishes. Prices were on par with other places. The quality was good and the atmosphere was neutral. I wouldn't hesitate to return if I was in the mood for Japanese food and I would love to try the curry.

The food here is truly the best in town, it is a real hidden gem, a nice, cozy atmosphere with authentic rice bowls and other various Japanese dishes. The servers are very helpful and friendly. If there is anything I could really complain about it would be the service is a little slow, however it's not a problem because the food is fresh and I understand that it's a small busy place. I highly recommend it!

This place is genuinely authentic. Family owned and operated, hole in the wall, only open 4 hours a day, and amazong comfort food. This place checks all the boxes of a great small restaurant. The broth for the ramen is not overly salty, while being extremely rich in flavor. They are the only restaurant I have ever been to, that serves fresh, real wasabi instead of horseradish. The beef yakisoba was decently sized, covered in spices, and had a healthy serving of beef. As for the desert, their assorted dessert option was a great experience. Japanese pudding, Pocky, a scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate drizzle, and a slice of roll cake (with whipped cream filling) made for a sweet, light ending to an amazing meal.

This review is long overdue, I've been coming here since 2019 and I've always had an amazing time. The food is just as lovely as all the people there. The sushi has been fresh and the best fish I've had in arizona. I do get more than just sushi, everything I've had off the menu has been amazing and I am still trying new things. they always take care in providing food allergy information which is greatly appreciated:)

Cute little ramen house, very friendly, and inviting. Shoyu ramen was really good, usually comes with pork but they were kind and accommodated removing it. Hiyashi soba was light but very filling.
