This is such a cool and short trail! You'll enjoy beautiful views of the lake, giant ancient trees, and informative signs along the way. The trail is flat, and you'll find benches scattered throughout for a comfortable rest.
What a gorgeous treasure. Walking among the magnificent giants (trees) beautifully covered in moss and serenaded by sounds of birds by the serene Lake Crescent was an amazing day to spend earth day 2023. The trails are nice and flat around the moments in time trail. Hike to the Marymere falls is easy to moderate and has great viewing platforms to enjoy the cascading water from the falls. Take a little challenge and do the Storm King trail…It will leave you a little breathless and feel like on top of the world.
Beautiful interactive trail walking along the shores of Lake Crescent. Great introduction to the areas ecosystem for our first night on the Olympic Peninsula.
For such a short trail, we were pleasantly surprised at how many cool and unique things we saw along the way with really great information of plaques throughout the trail! One of my 7-year-old's favorite hikes!
Such a cool short trail! Beautiful views of the lake, giant ancient trees, and informative signs. Flat trail with benches dispersed throughout to sit on. Would highly recommend as a stop to get out and stretch your legs.
This is a beautiful, well-maintained, easy trail. I loved how I got to see about 5 deer peacefully grazing on this trail. The views of the lake are stunning. The trail is lined with educational plaques that explain how the lake was made. I recommend this for anyone who is trying to do an easy trail!
Beautiful hike. Along the lake and tree. Easy trail about 0.5 mi.
A beautiful walking loop right next to Lake Crescent. Little signs which showcase the history of the area with photos which take you back in time. Lots of moss covered trees which give you a feel of Olympic National park. Would highly recommend it as its only a flat walk and has gorgeous views all around

The owner takes so much pride in his business. The pizzas were the BEST we have had in years... and that's the truth! The quality for the price you get is unlike anywhere else. It is a must stop for anyone who appreciates food done right.
Our stay was great! Even though it was winter, we enjoyed walks in the yard and garden area. The setting is quiet and secluded. The property is adjacent to water but there is no beach access due to the high, steep bank. Dungeness Spit is a short driv
LOVED this place! We stopped by on our way out to Olympic and they were so nice. There's not a "fall" menu but the girl offered to make up one and I got a Chocolate Orange Latte and it was so good. We also got a dozen mini donuts, don't skip on them.
This little shack of a coffeehouse was pretty awesome down the street from our hotel. The hotel coffee is never good so I seek out small shops in town. This one did not disappoint, itâs a drive up window to order and drive around to pick up. The at
We asked the Park Ranger for the location of the best views around. She sent us to this campground. She informed us that the road was dirt/gravel for 17 miles. No problem! A must experience. I would encourage you to make the drive, just be careful,
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Emerald Valley Inn. It was a perfect location between all the scenic views and Port Angeles. The room was super cute and we felt safe the entire time. It was a very tranquil and relaxing stay. Grannyâ
Amazing food, I was only in the area two days but I honestly wanted to stay longer just to try more of their menu items, it may show $$ for price, but I find the pricing to be more than fair for what you get out of it. Itâs a bit empty feeling insi
the kindest, cutest, sweetest little coffee shop here, located in the most convenient and beautiful spot for a drink on the 101. we had to pause here for some help, and the owner was the most welcoming, generous, kindhearted individual, who got my mu
Varied playground- some slides, some swings, some percussion instruments, monkey bars⦠thereâs a small lawn next to the play area and some seating for the adults. No shade, no restrooms. Good to pass an hour before the ferry leaves!
