A fabulous museum dedicated to an amazing woman. It feels like you have stepped back in time when you walk in. You can opt for a self guided tour or tour guide. We opted for self guided. There was lots of information of Molly Brown and her family. It was great to see and feel like it had been left just as she had left it. Very much worth a visit. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Had the best volunteer lady at the door ever! She knew so much about the Molly Brown House. It was absolute pleasure spending the time talking with her. I unfortunately don’t remember her name, she was blond and Roughly in her 50’s. So much information on a woman that survived the titanic, fought for woman rights to vote. Helped set up homes for others. Information about mining too. Fabulous pieces of art. Which some of them really need to tell you the story about where they came from. They are beautiful and even more powerful showcasing the beauty of different cultures and strength of love through the arts.
Really awesome to be able to walk through at your own pace. They had it all decorated up for Christmas! The guides are very informative. Only bad thing is parking. There is only street parking available, so plan on getting early hoping you get lucky or planning on walking a bit.
Although I wasn’t able to go inside because it was there annual cleaning. It was still very cool to see the house from the outside. It was very easy to find, and it is in a safe and clean neighborhood.
It’s a beautiful house with a lot of history. I was a bit disappointed I didn’t get to see ghost cat but it’s a reason to return. The tour guide seemed very knowledgeable and welcoming. The gift shop has a lot of cute items including ghost cat shirts for sale.
Lovely local Denver museum. Great history on Molly Brown. I wish they had more on the architect of the house William Lang!
I love the Titanic so this place was a MUST when I visited Denver. The house is really pretty, I was impressed by all the little details it had. I took so many pictures and a few videos but I couldn't get enough of the experience. I wish I had a house decorated like that haha. They have a little gift shop with a lot of cool stuff, I obviously got a bunch of cool things. Totally recommend if you're a fan.
Absolutely loved my visit to the Molly House Museum! It's like stepping into history with well-curated exhibits. Super interesting and a must-see for anyone into history!
