By far the best gym in the New Castle area. The owner and staff are welcoming, state of the art equipment, extremely clean, and the music is always on point. Also, had a chance to talk to the owner, Mike, and the man oozes charisma and health & fitness knowledge. This gym is unmatched.

I absolutely love this gym!! I began my gym journey by training here when I was younger and decided to come back for college break. The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming from day 1. Mike is always willing to help with using machines, adjusting your form during a set, and giving any tips you need, even if your not in personal training. This gym has everything from a sauna, amazing equipment, a wellness bar, spinning classes, cleanliness, and even more. 100% recommend to everybody!!
Molinaro’s is the best gym in all of Lawrence county! Mike makes everyone feel like family no matter if it’s your first day there or if you’ve been there forever. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive!! I’ll never go to any other gym. If you’re considering joining DO IT!! You won’t regret it.
I’ve been skeptic about joining a gym again. I had the irrational fear that I’ve been out of shape and I’d just get judged. My experience at Molinaro’s gym has been the exact opposite. Whether it’s been someone randomly working out who’s been helpful to me or the staff, the environment has been incredible and I’ve never experienced the feeling of being so invited and welcomed into a gym. Right from the jump staff has been super nice and welcoming. The gym is clean as can be, equipment is in beautiful condition, and the sauna is incredible. Mike is very good at getting you into a program to improve areas you personally want to see change, and overall he’s just a friendly/interpersonal owner which is something you don’t often see elsewhere. I’d recommend this gym to anyone who wants to see change and who wants to feel welcomed and excited to get a workout in!! Thanks Mike!
i recently joined MHFT and have never been happier! The owner, mike and his staff are very welcoming and supportive from the moment you enter the door. The gym is very clean and has all up to date equipment. Highly recommend!
Came to this gym for the first time today and wasn’t expecting it to be so clean and up to date. It’s an atmosphere that I am happy I was able to be a part of ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
