Moe's Southwest Grill - Restaurant in Miami - 10660 NW 19th St, USA

This is the first time ever I can say I experienced perfection when eating somewhere. The staff is probably the most pleasant individuals I have ever interacted with when eating out. The food looks exactly and better than it does on the menu, which rarely happens. From staff to food, this has been the one to really top it. Very attentive and extremely clean place. Kudos to this team and leadership. Amazing.

While staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean, the food is not that good. It lacks a lot of flavor. The rice, beans, and meats are incredibly under seasoned. I also don’t like how they put your bowl together in compartments. Overall I would not get this again based on the quality severely lacking.

First time eating Moe’s Southwest Grill. The food was amazing. Really impressed with the flavours, the portion size, the ingredients, the presentation and the price. We had a salad with white chicken and another salad with adobo chicken. Everything was fresh. The inside of the restaurant, where I picked up my order, was not so great. It smelled like frying oil, there were boxes cut open ready for the trash, and the bathrooms were dirty.

My family and I will not be going back here. We have been loyal regulars for over 8 years and have dealt with the ups and downs with this restaurant but it’s gotten to the point we’re out of 5 times you go 4 are a bad experience if it’s not that what you want to eat is out of stock it’s the burrito falling apart from staff not draining properly the meats of veggies. But the straw that breaks the camels back is the fact that I was called by the manager and said thanks for your feedback and your loyalty to us and no apology for the terrible experience! WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING LOYAL TO A COMPANY THAT IS NOT LOYAL TO ITS CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT GET ONE MORE PENNY OR RECOMMENDATION FROM US.

I had the nachos’s with chicken added… for me it was lacking in seasonings. The white cheese sauce was also lacking in flavor for me. I didn’t really enjoy them! However, the staff & atmosphere was amazing🥰. I’m sorry, but because of the nachos…. I’d rather not return. But, I’m sure the other foods are delicious!

Super delicious and at a great price with lots of options to choose from. Staff was really friendly and efficient. Highly recommend trying this place!

Yamin and Dianna welcomed to me Moe's like no other. Their customer service was outstanding and made me some of the best nachos I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend this Moe’s. I will be back!

The food was so good. Better than other places with similar menus. I had a bowl with steak and it was seasoned well. The manager was very kind, polite, and helpful. The portions are perfect and the sauces are so tasty and not too spicy.
