I was a senior citizen looking for help with my outdated computer. I tried a couple of different tech services, but got only answering machines for a call back. When I did get a call back from one establishment, they didn't really want to discuss my issues. their response was just bring in my CPU. He immediately said that he will give me a senior discount on services rendered, which i greatly appreciated. He then proceeded to access my computer remotely, and discovered some problems he could help me with. I dropped off my CPU, which he updated for me, and explained in layman terms what he had done. I have been working with Modesto Network since 2006. I am a court reporter by profession, and I use a computer for my work. Sam is the most knowledgeable IT guy I have ever met.
