I've worked at or with MTSI since 2017. In terms of pay and benefits, the only company I've worked for that offered more was Microsoft Corporation after 20 years of IT experience. In terms of management, taking care of their employees or customer evangelism/camaraderie, MTSI has set the highest bar I know of. They've been an amazing company to work with.
