I went here yesterday to get my home laptop repaired. I had used them a few years when it crashed. Brandon was awesome and he repaired it while I waited a short bit!! I was expecting to drop it off. Fantastic , fast, and knowledgeable service!! I highly recommend!!
My first experience with Modern Technologies and I’m very pleased! I had an odd request with needing a soldering modification needing completed on an old video game console. Brandon called the day after I dropped it off saying it was already ready for pickup. Couldn’t be happier with their service!
Great place. Quick service. Very experienced. Extracted all....I mean all of my data from a crashed hard drive. Would strongly recommend Modern technologies. Kevin and his team are just fantastic!
My Windows 10 laptop computer would not boot. They replaced the hard drive and were able to transfer all data from the old drive. It boots so much quicker with the new drive.
got my problem solved and some, great service. id come back regularly with my pc issues!
Knowledgeable, polite. As an older nontechnical person they did not make me feel stupid. Brought my computer in on Tuesday and it was ready Thursday. Prices reasonable. I recommend them and will be back in the future. Located in an old building across from the courthouse, the entrance is not wheelchair accessible (if you have someone to help you, it might be accessible) There is a tricky outer door and an uneven incline to get to the interior door for the shop.
Could not be more pleased with my first experience at this store. First of all, always great to see a local family run business, father and son. Secondly, for about the hour and a half they spent working with me and helping me out, they did not charge me anything because they don't charge for diagnostic work. Most businesses would take any opportunity to suck money out of their customer, so I really appreciated this even though I would have happily paid for their time and the work they did. Third, I came in with a newly built PC that was having some power supply issues and, being a new PC gamer, I was lost on what to do. I asked if I could watch closely and have them explain what they did so I could learn as well. They explained in easy to understand terms how the troubleshoot process would work and why they were testing what they were testing. Eventually we found the culprit, and they told me exactly what I needed to do next to get everything back in action. They helped me figure out with some software stuff too. Overall really happy with my experience and even though computer issues can be frustrating, it's nice to know at least there are people that can help and help well.
My 70 year old father uses them, I use them, Their extremely friendly and professional. If your not using them your going to the wrong place.
Absolutely amazing and highly recommend! Everyone here makes you feel like family and Luke is phenomenal! Took his time to show me around and explain how things work!
I always love to find an old fire tower to climb. That automatically puts this on top of a list for me. It was nice to see they kept it safe to climb. The compass that is set up next to the tower was a nice touch. The branches in the path of the vie
