Modern Motel - Motel in Colorado Springs - 220 E Cimarron St, USA

The owner of this motel is amazing!!! Super helpful and generous. The rooms are very nicely remodeled. We found the desk, microwave, and fridge helpful for our stay to make breakfast and meals as needed. Within walking distance to The Green Line for burgers and pool, Denver biscuit company, and other restaurants. We could ride our bikes from the motel to trails. We would stay here again

Honestly this hotel is amazing. The rooms give off a unique vibe. The room that I stayed in had the coolest mirrors in the room and in the bathroom. The mirrors were round but the bottom of the circle was a awesome shelf. It is super convenient for your toothbrushes and toothpaste or hair products. And the best part of it all was the gentleman that was working on 7/11/24 around 4pm. He was a kind guy and he is an amazing worker or manager. I thank him so much. I appreciate you and the amazing hotel you are running.

Have no idea, how their rooms are, had a reservation, arrived at 9:10 pm, office was closed. No one answers their phone number on the door. All hotels within 1 hour were booked. Had to drive to Denver for a room. Never received a phone call back from the manager from messages left that night or during the following week. Finally spoke to him, he offered no apology, simply repeated himself that I should have read the checking hours policy on the website and it was my fault. Did receive email confirmations from them in the booking and the did not note the limited check in hours. Never again. They did however request a review on the email.

The staff was friendly. The room was awful. The floor was dirty. The bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. There was noticeable hair all over the tub. The bathroom sink was stopped up and didn’t drain. The fitted sheet did not fit one of the beds. Definitely not a place I will revisit.

It's not the flashiest of places (it's a renovated motor hotel from the 1960s-70s), but the service is exceptional, the rooms are cozy and functional, and the location is walkable to downtown Colorado Springs. I had a great stay and will definitely be using them for future visits!

Do not stay at this hotel. We arrived and there was a homeless encampment on the corner, someone was blasting music at 10pm and we were woken up to a drug deal gone wrong at 3am with people yelling and threatening to call the police. Bed was comfortable and they tried to make thoughtful upgrades to give a more modern feel however the floors were filthy it was obvious it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. We will never stay here again.

Great value! The room was large, clean, quiet... the a/c and wifi and appliances all worked. The front desk guy was patient w me when I needed help figuring out the micro-wave (all my fault). Good cable tv service. convenient parking right at room. I would be delighted to stay there again.

Nice room for the price. Good location - close to bus stops, downtown restaurants etc. Had a small breakfast selection on Saturday and Sunday . Note the office is closed after 9 pm and checkout is at 10. There also is a small grocery store a block away so you can save money as the rooms have a microwave and small fridge.
