Modern Mesa - Hotel in Moab - 20 S 400 E, USA

A great place to stay!. Everything worked just fine. The whole place was very clean with plenty of extra towels, pillows and bathroom supplies. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean and worked great!. The host was quick to respond but did not bother us or intrude on our stay whatsoever.

Beautiful condo in the heart of everything! Can walk to cute shops and awesome restaurants. Perfect spot for a hike base with so much to do all within mins. I had such an epic trip and it was nice to rest in a modern place when I got home. 💯 would recommend Modern Mesa to everyone. Amazing place, so comfortable! Can’t wait to stay there again soon!

Great place to stay, walking distance to downtown and all the shops and restaurants! Nice to be tucked off the main roads. The hottub was an excellent addition to sooth sore muscles after long days of hiking! Well furnished, comfy beds, stocked full kitchen... that was so helpful! Good communication from Cassie, she was very responsive to any questions. The only downside to this place was the thin walls and ability to hear tenants in other apartments.

On short notice, we took a quick trip to Moab for some biking. The Modern Mesa team helped us decide by offering and discussing options. Then they put us in contact with a local (for trail info) and gave us some websites for local info. The rooms were exactly as described, and better. The sound system was fantastic. The heating system super easy to use. The rooms, kitchen, bathroom - all well stocked, super clean, in great (new) shape. The common laundry was great. Parking could not be easier. Really close (about 1/2 mile) walk to center of town. The hot tub was 104 degrees (perfect). If we had a question, they responded very quickly. The billing was exactly as promised. The multiple TVs easily connected (through their Apple TV boxes) to our phones so we could share pics of the day, or watch Netflix, etc. Really nice. We were surprised at how they went above and beyond. We plan to return as soon as our weary bones will allow.

This is a very comfortable, clean, well stocked and well located place to stay in Moab. It is nice and quiet but within walking distance of the main strip, restaurants, and other entertainment. The owner is very responsive if any questions come up. Great hot tub and outdoor seating area too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

3 of us just spent 2 nights in unit unit 1, a downstairs unit. I would never in my life stay in a downstairs unit again because of Modern Mesa. Night 1 and 3, the unit above had people in it and the sound comming from the chanting, the walking around, and the overall picture was horrible. There must not be any sound damping at all between the floors. Night 2 was great. That's because there wasn't anyone above us. If it wasn't for the basic sounds from people above, I would say the 3 Night stay at Modern Mesa was worth it. To the owners of Modern Mesa. Find a way to pump insulation between the ceiling of the bottom and upper units. The place, the view, the price was was great. Its sad that I'll never get the noise disturbances of just people walking above us out if my head.

Brand new condo in Moab with everything you need including a hot tub, super comfortable beds, private rooms, and great bathroom. Location is prime for walking to dinner and drinks after a day out on the rocks. Will definitely book again!
