MOD Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Glen Mills - 1751 Wilmington Pike Suite F-1, USA

I ordered ahead through DoorDash for pickup. Easy process. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant and at the pickup counter was advised my order would be ready within a few minutes. Had no issues waiting. Just ordering ahead saved me a lot of time. As always the make your own pizza I ordered was delicious and baked to the right temperature.

This particular MOD pizza used to be amazing, but in these past weeks service has really gone downhill. Upper management is to blame. I frequented this location a couple times a week and the in store staff were really nice but one by one in recent weeks, they started to either quit or get fired. I go today to get a mod for lunch and it's closed!?? It's definitely because of the staff leaving and nobody wanting to work there anymore. They are now understaffed because of poor management. They're only open for 6 hours a day and today & Tuesday they're closed. Ridiculous! Nothing wrong with the pizza, the pizza is delicious and fresh, but the service and upper management really took nose dive. All the good people left now they are severely understaffed and no one wants to work there anymore. Step it up, franchise owner!

We have never had a mod pizza before and we’re absolutely delighted with our delivery order. At first, I was shocked, there was no marinara or pizza sauce, but I guess that, and the unbelievably fresh crust is what makes it modern? It was unbelievably delightfully fresh and delicious A gourmet experience I was not expecting

Used to be a great place to go, This was the only pizza place in the area that we could find dairy free for my spouse. As of the past two months everything has gone down hill with service, and overall quality of food. Tried eating a slice. Someone made a mistake and decided to try to cover it up with the actual sauce I ordered and made it into soup. Half overcooked and half raw. The piece I tried was raw still 🤮😡

first couple of times here it was good, we kept coming back. this location had me deleting my MOD app, lol. they've been giving out bad orders pretty consistently. forgetting ingredients, charring crust, or just being really skimpy on topping. just cause i choose dairy free cheese doesn't mean i want NO cheese. people say it's management, but i haven't been served by anyone with a good attitude from here in a hot minute.

I love MOD pizza and all of the different ways you can customize your pizza! The only time I’ve had issues is with take out, sometimes the final sauce drizzle will be forgotten but overall one of my favorite places!

Ordered an $11 pizza, & was forced to add a coke & a dessert thing that I never ate, to reach the $15 minimum for delivery....I was then told the delivery charge was $4.99, & I asked how much goes to the driver, he replied 'none'! Total $23.59, without a tip,....pizza place is 1 block from me, showed up in 45 mins....cold...the cheese literally looked like a 1/4 inch thick piece of rubber🤮....I ate the crust area with a taste of the sauce, & discarded basically the whole pie....don't do what I did...call concord pizza, or ANYWHERE else!

Why give rewards if when you redeem them they give you a plain piece of dough and literally sprinkle cheese on random parts not even in the middle. To make matters worse the cloves of garlic were crunchy, not roasted, aka not cooked at all. I couldn't even eat it after I drove all the way home with it (25 minute ride). It's sad how quickly the service of a new establishment dwindles over the years. Moral of the story, start checking your take out order BEFORE you leave the establishment...
