Their pizza is great, if you order in person and can watch them make the pizza. HOWEVER, this pizza was ordered online for pickup. It is sooo sad looking. Do better Mods, especially for your online customers.

The pizza is alright and I like that everyone can get what they want on their own pizza for a responsible price. I also like that it's fast (when they aren't busy) but there's nothing special about it and this store is generally on the dirty side with the tables not cleaned off and stuff on the floor. I visited yesterday and they couldn't take cashe because their cash register was stolen the night before. Several stores in that shopping center were broken into and apparently the security guard (which we all pay for with higher prices at these stores) simply watched and didn't even contact the police until employees started showing up to work. So don't rely on security in this center if you are ever being mugged!

Pizza is tasty, quick, fresh and affordable. LET'S TALK ABOUT THE HOMEMADE MARION BERRY LEMONADE!!! Good food, friendly customer service, clean dining experience. TOSHAY MOD... I'll definitely be back! I'd pass on the garlic bread...it was more like a garlic pizza 🤷🏽‍♀️ it smelled better then tasted, not my cup of tea.

I was skeptical at first because it’s a chain but now I’m always craving this place! The pizza is delicious, good quality & they also make it right in front of you and you can add as many toppings as you want. Good customer service in this location too! Also the house made red lemonade is so good!

Young folks who work well as a team. Polite, professional, good attitude. Occasional problems using app to cash in points. Tables are generally clean and area stocked. Juice machines sometimes empty. Price is reasonable.

Everyone has long hair and only 2 have a hat or hair covering. The guy that was making my pizza wasn’t listening when I was trying to tell him to add more than a couple of punches of cheese and the guy behind him grabbed it and threw it in the oven I explained to the guy that I wanted a little more cheese he turned around flipped his head in the air looked at it then started making my other pizza. I explained to the original guy that took my order he looked in the oven and said they will add it afterwords. I told him that I’d like it browned on top he then made me another one. There were 7 people on the other side of the counter bumping into each other. The food is good but you may want to try the Pittsburg-Antioch location for hygiene. I am trying this place for the second time in a while because it is close to where I’m at at the moment. No facial hair this time but the attitude on the girl was rude she asked how many pizzas and was getting impatient the person I was with said they would have cheesy garlic bread. I said so I guess 2 pizzas she said so one pizza. She was talking under her breath to a co worker just acting unprofessional. I will not make the same mistake again.

This place was a great visit. The pizza was only $11 and the staff make it it for you based upon your choices. The crust was thinking and the ingredients I chose made for a great pizza that was cooked in what looked to be a brick oven. The environment was lively as customers were conversing positively while enjoying their creation. The staff was very positive and attended to my ever need as a customer. I really enjoyed the toppings on my pizza and they were very generous in their portions of toppings. The three dominating factors that made my experience great were: Customer Service Seating Background Music This place is hip, friendly, and a great place to go with friends and family. I will definitely return to MOD Pizza the next time I'm in the area.

Will never order delivery again. They do fairly well when im in person. But this never fails. This pizza is so sad and cold.
