MOD Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Ellisville - 15809 Fountain Plaza Dr, USA

I ordered a pizza and salad from this MOD Pizza location via delivery, it arrived 40 minutes later than projected and cold. Granted the weather conditions haven’t been ideal but the store should have given a better projected time, and the location was very close, so the pizza should not have been cold. The flavor of the pizza was very good once I reheated it, and the salad was amazing.

This location is very dirty. Every table was dirty, we wiped our own down with a Lysol wipe. The catch basin under the fountain drinks was over flowing, and the floor had garbage and towels thrown on it. Went to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, and I couldn't even wash my hands because the soap dispenser was broken. It was also unfortunate that all of the tea and lemonade was empty, and there were none of the no name cakes.

I love their food, I especially love having the ability to customize. However, they’re never open anymore- terrible hours. I used to get lunch there, but now they are open for just two hours (4pm-6pm).

We’ve been going to this location for many years and always a great experience. Up until recently we noticed the cheese was way off and not like there original mozzarella but more like a Provel /mozzarella taste and consistency. We ordered two different days and same results. Something is wrong with the cheese. When I called them they said their cheese is from a new supplier. I don’t know if it’s a one time thing or permanent change but very disappointed about the change. We will give them a 3rd chance in a couple of months to see if it’s still like this. Please MOD don’t cheap out on your cheese.

I love MOD pizza. I'm a diabetic and can't eat much of the regular pizza but I can order a cauliflower crust with all the toppings I want and no guilt!!! I travel a lot so it helps that these are everywhere. They always cook it just right!!! Thanks everyone!!!

Could not visit this restaurant because the “temporary” hours said they don’t open until 4, and not at all on Monday and Tuesday. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but no more due to the uncertainty of whether it will be open or not. This situation has gone on for many months. It seems that the “temporary” hours are there permanently.

Amazing pizza! My wife has a dairy allergy and she loved the vegan mozzarella. The employees were very cautious with the whole pizza making process from changing the slicer to explaining were the pizza is prepped and cooked. Highly recommend to everyone!

Very good pizza and service, the crew followed all requests (well done but not burnt and added fresh basil after bake) they made probably one of the best pizza's I've had in a while, will most definitely be back!
