We came here for restaurant week lunch. You could get a soup/salad, entree and dessert for $25. As the normal cost of the quinoa bowl was $14.50, the normal cost of the entrees was $23-24 and the desserts were $12, this was an incredible deal and I would recommend anyone who is nearby one of their locations to stop by. The quinoa bowl was very good, perhaps one of the best tasting salads I've had, and a lot of very healthy stuff inside. For the entrees, we ordered the Chicken Bolognese Bucatini and the Chesapeake Wild Blue Catfish. Both were pretty good, although I wished the portion of catfish was bigger. Normally I am not a huge fan of grits but I thought theirs were actually very good. The bucatini had a good portion, very filling and I really liked the homemade pasta. The desserts were also very tasty. I liked the Banana Cream Pie more than the Key Lime Pie as the key lime was a little bit too sweet for my taste. I'm very happy to have come during this restaurant week deal as it was incredible value for $25 each. However, if rating these dishes at the regular price, the only dish I would order again would be the bucatini as I felt the others were a bit too expensive for the portion, although everything tasted very good. The only downside today was the service was on the slow side. The restaurant was quite busy, probably because of restaurant week, but we were on our lunch break and ordered as soon as we could, and ordered our desserts to go before our entrees came. We were in and out in about an hour and 5 min which isn't a disaster, but we were hoping for better than that as we felt at least we were pretty efficient on our end.
The service was great. Our waiter isaac was very attentive and kind. The main course i got was the scallops meunière. The scallops were amazingg but the risotto was a bit underdone. My favorite part was the desert- I got the vanilla cheesecake and it was great.
Overall Rating: 4.50. Lovely location in Park Potomac with variety of shops & restaurants. Lots of comfort food options & freshly prepared desserts. Buttermilk Biscuits, Avocado Toast 🥑& Latkes are tasty starters. Pot Roast & mash potatoes yummy. Family & pet-friendly. Large patio seating area with two levels inside & bar. Lots of free parking on surface & in the attached parking garage.
Enjoyed Winter restaurant week with a delicious 3-course dinner of salad/soup, entree, and dessert! Reservations made via OpenTable with everything ready for us when we arrived. Table lightning was a dim (noticed a bulb out) making menu difficult to read but the server knew the menu well and provided meaningful input into our entree selection. I loved the atmosphere and decor. (Server commented that it was a slow night so I believe that’s why I had no problem with same-day reservations.) Regarding our meal, the salad (says “small” but it was a pretty good size with the fresh toppings) had fresh greens and just enough dressing to flavor each bite without the greens drowning. Our entrees came out hot and tasty! I enjoyed the Farmers Platter which was a perfect sampling of their offerings. If you love hotdogs, come here! Our other meal was the Fish of the Day (Rockfish) Meunière style (which was recommended by our server). It was a fabulous choice! We finished the meal with dessert and shared an ice cream sundae with superb ingredients! The hot fudge was perfection as was the vanilla ice cream and real (dense) whipped cream! (Coulda lived without the rock hard brownie at the bottom, but still…yum!) Overall, a wonderful experience and I would go again! Thank you for a wonderful meal on a snow day!
I can’t say enough good about our experience at Founder’s. The service, atmosphere, food were a collective collaborative 10/10 with our server Tavis. I don’t often write reviews but I was truly taken aback and honestly wish I could live closer to experience this more often. Highly recommend.
Ohh my former stomping ground! Been coming here for years! Love the brunch selection and stick with the chicken salad, chicken and waffles, steak and pasta. Will be back when I’m in town and enjoy the entertainment from the bar. 👊👊👊
A popular place for breakfast based solely on the number of customers at the restaurant on a Friday morning. Our breakfast was filling and full of flavor. Coffee was frequently refilled - complete with a question "Do you want any coffee to go ?" Truly enjoyed our dining experience at MoCo's Founding Farmers restaurant.
Been wanting to try this plaza for a while but today was the day! It was a very good experience, the food was good service was efficient, clean! The men's bathroom was darker than I'd liked. While taking my 7 year old daughter to use the bathroom the only one stall they had was so dark I needed to turn my phone flashlight on in order to see

First time in the US and thought it would be fun to go for a nice walk after a meeting in our suits and bags. This place taught me the shire scale of america and the beauty of nature! So the suits and bags were a poor choice. It was a beautiful walk

Arrived without a reservation after trying to secure one online. I told the host about trying online. Rather than tell me tough-luck-Charlie, the host found our party of three. We hit it right before the rush, thankfully. Once seated, we were well t
This has become our go-to sushi place! It does not disappoint. Great quality, great value, and wonderful staff. They also usually give out a free serving of their house special (soybean) roll and sometimes we even gotten to try another sample of the
Small cafe with speciality baked goods. WiFi is fairly slow and thereâs limited seating. I love how you can watch the baking process and thereâs so much variety to choose from. Highly recommend if you want some delicious sweets
I really like this place, their kosher sections may not be big but they got what you need, the dining area is great and the staff team is knowledgeable of the locations of their products in the store. I've seen this repeat with several of the staff m
Great place, excellent service. I ordered Ambler tagos , it's a bit too tiny but tasty. Waitress and bus person provided great services. Over all we like this place and will come back more often.
