This store has amazing magic. I’m more than happy to leave them 10 stars if there is. The lady is super nice and knowledgeable! I went to Apple Store earlier trying to repair my slightly moisture damaged iPhone. It cause my touchscreen isn’t touchable, however still in well function since I’m still able to pickup call from watch and receive notifications. However what Apple Store “GENIUS” told me: there is NO WAY they can access my phone and get my data out even I buy a new one from them. And also, because of cracks in the back, they don’t even accept trade-in. (Apple warranty is simply useless at all) Luckily I found this magic store, only took me in&out 10 mins; screen replaced, and everything back on again like normal!!

Sadly cracked my mobile screen in 2 spots today and Lasha was able to fix it perfectly in just under an hour. The price was comparable to Apple, but the service was far quicker and he was so lovely. Hope not to see him any time soon, but wanted to share the great service!
Quick fix. Employees very helpful as well installing a screen protector to prevent the screen from cracking again. Good experience.

Went in to get my speaker fixed, came out with a highly noticeable burn mark and gray bar on my screen, by the ear piece speaker. Ironic that I went into a repair shop get the speakers cleaned and came out needing a new screen. They offered to replace the factory screen with an after market one, but the Face ID may no longer work. They where friendly and all but I wouldn’t trust them to repair a rock much less my phone. 0/5
