My appointment was made through Apple. They are a 3rd party company that specializes in apple products. It cost $35 for a diagnostic but there’s no guarantee that they will actually fix your device though. I forgot the password on my iPhoneX and they were able to restore it to factory settings. All information was lost of course but they make you sign off on that for liability purposes. They have a cat in there. Not sure if it’s hypoallergenic or not. Clean. Somewhat friendly. Efficient.

I have AppleCare+ and they wanted to charge me $300 and do a full keyboard replacement (that would've taken 3 days) when I had a single broken key on my macbook. Went to the actual apple store and they fixed it in 2 mins at no charge. This place does not try to fix the issue but just wants to charge you as much as possible. I do not recommend you go here

I cracked the screen of my macbook 4 days before planning to move upstate for graduate school. I made an appointment to have my screen replaced, but was anxious about whether the repair would be done in time for me to leave for school. Merab handled my repair and while understandably he couldn't guarantee it, he was confident I would have my repair done prior to my move.I decided to trust him and got my device good as new the next day. Couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Mobile Kangaroo. I was on a tight schedule to have my cracked phone screen repaired, and the gentlemen working today was able to get it done in under 45 mins so I was not without my phone for more than an hour during a work day. Thank you very much, great service.

I ran remote diagnostics with Apple who determined I was having a hardware issue with my camera and chose this place from the list instead of having to hoof it to Apple, which isn’t close to me. When I walked in, I was made to sign a bunch of liability waivers on a kiosk as their check-in process with no way to disagree: if you didn’t sign, they wouldn’t honor your appointment. The first thing the guy said was he was going to take my screen protector off. I said no and asked why. He said Apple insists on them removing the screen protector to “provide clear photos.” I said if you’re not replacing it, you’re not removing it. He insisted he couldn’t check the phone without removing it. I said what if you drop it? What if I drop it? Those things are like $40 when you can’t wait for Amazon and I don’t want to spend that right now. He was texting someone while I was talking. I said show me where Apple tells you to damage someone’s personal property. He wouldn’t answer me and just kept texting. A minute later another man came up front. He looked me in the eye and asked, “don’t you want us to fix your phone? We can’t do that without removing the screen.” Sir, WHAT!? He said “we sell them for $20 and yours is already cracked.” I said, “that’s because I’m cheap!” No matter how many times I asked why they would have to remove MY ENTIRE SCREEN to run diagnostics, they talked down to me like I was an idiot for not understanding “that’s how it’s done.” I left without letting them do anything and promptly called Apple Care, who said they’ve never heard of authorized agents being told to remove screen protectors and confirmed that performing diagnostics for what Apple already determined was a hardware issue never involves removing the screen. However, these two men were incredibly condescending and absolutely treated me like an idiot for not wanting them to remove and destroy my personal property and not understanding how they’re claiming they have to remove the screen to run diagnostics. There’s no way to reach their corporate office and they have an F rating on BBB. Do yourself a favor and just go to Apple.

Place is horrible they have no idea what they are doing. Made appointment for screen repair he doesn’t even have parts on hand has to order them. Secondly and more concerning is he downloads phone to his iPad and erased the phone and sim feature. Stay far away. Also store has horrible odor of what ever food they were cooking and they have a cat that roams the store it ribs up on you and scratches at your shoes while employee stands there with a confused look on his face.

Apple coming with bull$** to change the entire camera just bc the glass is broken. 500$ and a no authorized store is 40$ to change the glass. Such a scam from Apple.

My wife and I needed two iPhone batteries replaced in our phones quickly before heading out of town. The store manager, who was very friendly and professional, provided us with remote diagnostics to help save us a trip to the store, then ordered the batteries and contacted us promptly when they were available. Service was quick, and the manager personally attended to our phones to make sure they were repaired before we left for vacation. I was impressed that our phones are running like they’re new and have no physical visual signs that repairs had been made though it’s very evident in how they’re running that they were done. My sincere thanks to the store manager for his personal attention to our work orders and for even putting our screen protectors back on our phones (we were told we were going to lose them with the service that needed to be done). Mobile Kangaroo to the rescue!
