Love the yuzu chicken ramen. The soup was my favorite and love the texture of the noodle with a chew. Grill riceball was also very good. Service is not the best. First round of the order, they missed 2 items, then we made additional order and they missed again. Toro sushi was also really good and melts in my mouth. The best meal I had this trip.
Awesome customer service the food is delicious and vegetarian friendly. The spicy veggie ramen was 10/10 and the toasty onigiri was the perfect texture! We will definitely be back.
Visited this popular Japanese spot and was genuinely impressed by the freshness, the presentation and taste of the fish. However, there was one dish in a red bowl (the name escapes me) that didn't quite hit the mark for me and my partner. The mix of flavors felt a bit off and wasn't to our liking. That said, the overall experience was delightful. Given the restaurant's popularity (and rightly so), I'd suggest making a reservation before heading over. Would definitely recommend for authentic Japanese flavors!
Definitely the best meal I’ve had in Kona, the sushi, ramen, and takoyaki were all amazing. The uni was perfect and also way cheaper than most places. Would highly recommend
Absolutely excellent. Sushi, ramen, and katsu for the keiki. Managed to stand out even among all the other very good restaurants in Waimea. Wish I had a Moa's at home.
This gem has some of the best food on the island! We got Fresh chirashi bowls brimming with tasty nibbles. Other patrons were slurping ramen which looked yummy but better for a cooler day.
This place was very good! It had a nice comfy atmosphere and had good service. The miso soup was also great.
A great spot to stop and get a variety of food at. In my party, we had Ramen, Yakatori, Sushi, and a some Appetizers. Everything was fresh and fulfilling. I was especially fond of the sushi presentation but admittedly the overall experience was a tad dull. The waitress and chef were quiet and didn't seem to be interested in talking over lunch. We asked some basic questions like where the chef practiced at and how long he was in sushi but had little reply. Also I did not realize until it was too late that every piece of sushi had Wasabi on it which was not my preference.
Overall a nice spot and will return to try different things!
🚗 Parking was limited when we went and we had to park across the street but tables were available
💰 Moderate cost for the island
Bobby's beginner yoga flow class was outstanding! There were so many different types of people in class. Over 5 teenagers that I think were from a swim team, moms, dads, young, mature, seniors....Bobby caters to just about everyone who wants to have
I visited this most amazing GJâs Huli Chicken by pure chance and let me tell you- THE BEST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HADâ-HANDS DOWN. Initially- from the roadside, we saw the rolling smoke as the chickens were being cooked, then decided to stop and see
Beautiful canyon. We could not view certain parts due to fog. The waimea lookout was completely not visible the day we were out there but I hear itâs beautiful on a clear day. We were still happy with the parts we saw. A beautiful scenery and drive

I did a morning 2 tank charter with the Blue Wilderness crew and it was awesome! The team and captain were super personable and upbeat throughout the morning, gave thorough dive briefings and split the divers into two groups (beginner and advanced) w
Excellent park with picnic tables and a stream! Kiddo loves chasing the chickens and there is a short trail (about 1 mile long) to walk. Trail pretty well maintained and no big hills.
We had such a great time here for dinner! The vibe was on point and service was friendly and quick. We got a flight sampler and some food. Food tasted great and priced reasonably especially compared to a lot of places on the Big Island. Parking was l
This is a super interesting place to see if you are interested in learning about Hawaiian history. There are a lot of ruins here. I wish there was a bit more information available. The area is very open and you are free to explore the paths, I donâ
This place was truly so beautiful. We were at the Mauna Lani Resort for a week and we only made it to breakfast in person once but Iâm so glad we went. I got the French toast and my wife got waffles and oh my goodness they were so amazing, I ended
