The staff member who was taking my order was terribly confused when I asked for some soup. “….we don’t serve soup….” And I turn and look at the giant sign in front of the deli that says “Try Our Homemade Soup” Maybe they should remove the sign from the window if they don’t actually prepare soup

Out of the 8 bagels I purchased to bring back home to the Midwest, 7 of them were not fully cooked. And the scallion cream cheese was really not like cream cheese at all with only a slight scallion taste. And to boot, the young female coworker behind the counter was going to place 2 plain bagels in with the half dozen onion bagels - REALLY?? - until I asked her to put the plain ones in a separate bag.

Wonderful bagel spot. I frequent here often, and quite enjoy this regular morning stop. The staff is wonderful, the bagels are always fresh, the prices are very fair, and they have never messed up an order of mine. I have even come in with larger orders when I buy breakfast for the staff at work, often consisting of seven to ten sandwiches, and they always get each order correct, and even label which sandwich is which on the foil. Overall highly recommended.

Good prices! Helpful and friendly staff! The bagels are awesome! Delicious and always fresh(most days are still warm cause they were just made). The sandwiches are a great score too!!

Mo's has the most delicious bagel breakfast sandwich! They're bagels are always fresh and exactly what a NY bagel should be. The staff is fast and friendly and keeps the line moving. They also offer desserts and cold salads, deli sandwiches... but I skip the nonsense (Which I'm sure is also delicious) and go straight for the bagels!

I don’t know why, but they keep messing up a simple order, which is a toasted egg bagel with scallion cream cheese. Last week, they toasted the egg bagel n gave me regular cream cheese, and I paid for scallion, the price is increased for flavored cream cheese. Today I made them aware of the mistake and hoped that things would be better with today’s order. I didn’t think they would mess up but they did. I received a very cold bagel with a 1/2 pound of scallion cream cheese. I’m soooooo frustrated at this point I didn’t check before I left because I thought for sure my order would be correct this time. I came all the way from work n I can’t leave again because I used my break time. I’m starving & I don’t want to eat this cold bagel. If I wanted a cold bagel, I would have went to stop n shop brought a dozen of bagels, cream cheese, & a scallion & made my own bagel. Very Bad Service!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Bold statement... BEST BAGEL I’ve ever had, and I grew up in Brooklyn. Fresh, crispy, soft light fluffy inside. Catering sandwiches is great as well. Short wait if any (but don’t you make it longer for me now!)
