I spoke with Elizabeth at MLS Technology Group yesterday. I was with a staff member when I called MLS. He was unable access his Login. We were frustrated and assumed a tech would calI us back. I expected to wait but she got on it immediately and spent time with us on the phone. Elizabeth puts out ‘fires’ and directs service tickets all day, but patiently waited while we successfully logged in. Her demeanor and detailed assistance was the perfect ‘gentle touch’ we needed. We appreciate that the whole MLS team is responsive and knowledgeable. Regardless of the technician who answered the phone or picked up the ticket, you can count on getting issues resolved, with no escalations or delays. They also have efficient internal systems to update our company’s processes and requirements, so we do not have to repeat ourselves when a recurring item comes up.
