We came here for a winter birthday.
It was dimly lit inside which gave it kind of a romantic feel.
I feel like the tables were too close to each other since when I got up I couldn’t push my chair all the way back to get out .
I did like the exposed red brick walls and local art displayed.
The bread paired with olive oil and balsamic vinegar is always delicious at any place that serves it. We were a larger group and hungry so I appreciated them filling the bread basket and oil dip.
I showed up a little late so I can’t remember what the group ordered for appetizers, but it was good.
For my main course I stuck with what I know will be good which is the steak and potatoes.
My steak was cooked perfectly and medium rare. I have never had a New York and it was quite tender. I was quite surprised that I received more than a few asparagus spears and a dollop of mashed potato’s. Which is always a bonus. The Gorgonzola mashed potatoes were delicious. Very creamy with a hint of cheese.
The mashed potatoes were the star of the dish. I did also really like the assortment of mushrooms on top as well.
Everyone in the group ordered different items. A couple of people ordered the duck special, the scallops, and the salmon. One ordered the salad and returned it because there wasn’t enough dressing, and wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the salad for the price. They all said their food was just okay.
I enjoyed my steak and potatoes.
Overall my food was good. But if I were going to go out for steak I would go somewhere else like Wolf Lodge or Churchhills.
1. Our food was incredible. A variety of flavors that kept us interested and going back for more, even after we were stuffed. 2. Service- attentive and eager to please.
3. Atmosphere- calm, quiet and relaxing. Perfect lighting to set the mood
4. Our desert- truly the best part! I had the chocolate tort with blood orange sauce, my other half had the amaretto apple and ice cream. I really wanted to bottle them both up and keep them forever ❤️.
We will definitely be back!
My company hosted a team dinner here and it is a beautiful establishment. The service was friendly and professional. I had the special, duck with roasted heirloom pumpkin. It took me a bit to become accustomed to the flavor but it was amazing! It's a bit speedy, but worth it for a special night.
They specialize in vegetarian dishes but offer a meat eater menu, as well. 🥴
The food here is incredible! Our favorite spot in Spokane. We had the eggplant caponata, the crispy gorgonzola polenta, and the oyster mushroom risotto. Some of the best vegetarian options in town, with a full vegetarian and vegan menu.
I ordered the special which was AMAZING! The only thing that could put this restaurant over the top would be a dedicated mixologist for their cocktails. Each member of the wait staff was mixing their own drinks which isn’t great for consistency. I ordered the Ginger Pear martini and it was garnished with a floating lemon slice when there is no citrus in the cocktail itself. Regardless I would still go again.
They are incredibly accommodating with food allergies, and the chef is the owner, so they care about getting it right. From vegan to GF and DF, even no Xanthan Gum; we were all taken care of. Absolutely delicious.
We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding at Mizuna, and it was great! Communication in advance was easy, and we were in their private room. We selected a small menu in advance and as soon as we arrived the staff were taking food and drink orders. We also used their projector to play a slideshow, which was easy. Everything tasted great, and everyone had a great time! I'd highly recommend them for dinner, or for an event/party!
I had the *Cashew-Crusted, Seared Avocado, and it was delicious! Very friendly and fast service, consistently refilling water which was really nice with the hot weather.
Appreciated the vegetarian menu and regular menu; I'm not a vegetarian but ordered off it anyway because it all looked so good!

Hands-down one of the most elegant and tasteful Mexican restaurants Iâve ever been to. I was truly impressed by everything! This place was pretty busy for a Wednesday night. The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully; I adore the light fixtures

At Hatch Beaker + burr I was impressed with the care and consistency that goes into every cup. It is somewhat rare to find a coffee shop that goes through the process of measuring each dose, tamping it correctly, and pouring every shot with the same
The crepes here are delicious and absolutely beautiful, and the latte art is so impressive. We got the classic nutella, strawberry and banana crepe, as well as the strawberry crunch crepe, and two vanilla lattes. The folks that work there are very ki

Great gym! My husband and I were passing through the area and they were happy to let us drop in for the day. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely use this gym again the next time we are in Spokane.
We had a great trip. The guides took us on fun rapids, but we never felt like they didn't have it under control. The guides were awesome, they shared cool stories and kept it fun. All the guides seemed awesome, but our boat guide, Jackson, was phenom
They don't offer food, but this place has great vibes going for it. It's the classiest dive bar in Spokane for sure, and I'll definitely be back. Josh is a fantastic bartender.
I love Shala. I've been coming off and on for about a year. I'm definitely still a newbie at yoga but I always feel accepted right where I'm at. I can tell that the folks who run Shala have a deep understanding and appreciation for the roots of yoga.
