Mizu Sushi - Sushi restaurant in Laramie - 307 S 3rd St, USA

Sushi was excellent. Pho is not their specialty and acceptable by American standards. Being Vietnamese, I could tell this was quickie pho, not the usual aromatic and steeped in beef bones all day. I had beef pho. My husband and chicken pho. He liked his. Mine was acceptable. Considering, this is Wyoming, and not a huge Asian population much less Vietnamese population, the pho is passable for Americans who are not accustomed to original or authentic pho. Overall, nice date place and great ambiance. They need to update their beverage menu , however, as it needs a fresh and clean look since it is quiet tainted with age and a little dirty.

I only leave reviews if it is either really good or really bad. This was the absolute worst sushi we have ever had. I got the mango tango roll and told the waiter I wanted something not spicy and I couldn't even eat a bite with how spicy it was. My fiance got a California roll and couldn't eat a piece because it was crumbly imitation crab. He said he's had gas station sushi better than this place. We told the waiter and he was like "okay I'll bring the check". Absolute worst experience we've had eating out in a long time. We will never be back. *Also, there were no descriptions on any of the rolls on the menu, only pictures of a few.. if that's a big deal for you

I ordered the teriyaki beef that came with miso soup and a small salad. The miso was full of flavor and the salad was ok. The beef was cooked well, and the teriyaki sauce, while on the thin side, had just enough taste to make it work. The tempura fried vegetables were wonderful. Crispy outside and inside. There was one tempura shrimp that was exceptionally tender. I've never had a better piece of shrimp. The rice was also cooked just right. Service was quick and efficient. Overall, recommended 👍

Went for the Pho (beef noodle soup). They served cilantro instead of basil and you see the bean sprouts in the photo. They were spoiled soft and only gave about 15 sprouts. The broth and soup were good. I did eat it all. The prices on the website are not accurate and everything is about $3 more. I also got this very uncomfortable feeling when the waiters stood across the room and stared at me. I would like to go back but I’m not sure I feel welcomed there.

Mizu sushi is an exciting and exotic break from the norms of Wyoming food. The staff is professional and friendly, the decor is tasteful and modern, and most importantly the food is excellent. If you are new to sushi I would suggest trying some of their samplers or asking the staff for recommendations. I will definitely be returning for some of their wonderful food and excellent presentation.

Quick service. Great Sushi. Good prices. One of the best 2 spots for sushi in Laramie, and that’s coming from friend a WY law grad.

The sushi was good but the pho was the best. It was a cold day and the dish warmed my soul. It was a little expensive and that should probably cost them a star… but I’ll admit the taste was very good. Friendly service too. Got my food to go.

Amazing and delicious food our server >>Vitra<< OMG excellent server so polite very professional and explained the menu beautifully, I would recommend this place for delicious food and him (Vitra) if you want good customer service! This place is a Gem! Definitely will come back.
