Miyako Sushi and Steakhouse - Japanese restaurant in Augusta - 2801 Washington Rd, USA

First time going here. Sushis were great. I had the Volcano Roll and the Godzilla Roll. Prices are decent. Spent $35 on the sushi rolls and a Diet Coke. The only thing I did not like was that there was no hostess on the entrance. But the server or waitress that took my order was very friendly. The atmosphere was… I guess it wasn’t as good since it was a bit after lunch time but… Overall, it’s good. I’d come here again.

If you’re in the mood for sushi I recommend this spot if you’re in Augusta GA or visiting the area. Very comfortable and clean, the hostess was friendly and welcoming. I sat at the bar so I was able to get service right away. They have an amazing menu for drinks and they also have hibachi if you’re in the mood. The sushi was fresh and delicious and she can actually see the chef make them freshly in front of you. The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean and they have a good variety of music and tunes. The waiter was very friendly and always making sure to check in and provide great customer service. Overall, I recommend this place for a great dinner night.

One of the consistently best hibachi locations in the Augusta, North Augusta area. They have both options where you can dine at the table or the grill (bar and sushi bar are available as well). They have several really good chefs and some just starting where the food is great but the show may be lacking... I'm sure they'll get there. For the money you get a favor amount of food with dinner: soup/salad, rice + noodles + vegetables and your entree/combo of choice. Service may be the largest hit or miss experience and what they need to work on. It gets busy and your drinks may go dry during the meal or you sushi may not get brought to you as quickly as it should if ordering at the hibachi grill.

A truly wonderful experience! The atmosphere is great, and the service is prompt and really helpful. The food was amazing, and I will definitely come here again!

My husband and I have made this our go to sushi spot. The presentation is always wonderful and the Hanada roll (a cooked roll with mango) is worth the trip by itself. We’ve tried other sushi spots in the area but have made ourselves loyal to Miyako. Sometimes the service can be a little iffy but when it’s good, it’s good!

Absolutely delicious! I’m in love with the Volcano roll and the Miyako Special roll. My husband loved the Toro.

Our server was fantastic! She helped us pick good rolls and was quick to serve them up. Brought us two cups of water when we told her we were very thirsty. The rolls were absolutely fantastic. Spicy salmon on point
