Shane has been handling our property management IT needs for a number of years. He's always responsive and very knowledgeable. I try to run all of my tech needs through him because I value and trust his opinion. I highly recommend Mitchell Technologies.
Mitchell Technologies is a great IT company. Although the team is great, Shane is such an amazing, friendly, positive, helpful guy that always gets his job done on time!!
Mitchell Technologies staff gives superior customer service. I had a complicated problem that the customer service of the company of which the program I was using could not effectively help me but Shane at Mitchell Technologies solved the Google issue quickly and efficiently.
If you aren't a large company, good luck. Mitchell Technologies only cares about large clients. I was a client when Mitchell Technologies first got started, now they don't care about my account at all. I needed them to fix some IT infrastructure on my ranch that they installed. After they finally responded, the owner Charles got lost and wanted to charge me for the time he spent being lost (!!) to a ranch he has been to numerous times. Do other companies charge clients for getting lost??? Bad business practices and frankly insulting to an early trusted client. I called another company, and they fixed Mitchell Technologies issues FOR FREE. My suggestion - call a different company!
Mitchell Technologies is the way to go for your IT. Shane and his crew are fast to respond and fix whatever it is you need. They are able to do a lot remotely which is super fast as opposed to waiting for someone to come to your site. If they do need to come to your site, they are quick at that as well. They don't keep you waiting and they are very knowledable. I've been extremely satisfied with everything they have done. Very friendly and professional and know what they are doing!
Mitchell Technologies is a wonderful company. Our medical facility has been using them for our IT services for 7 years now. When you call them with an IT problem Shane is quick to respond and fix the issue. I really appreciate the customer service that his staff shows as well. I highly recommend them!
The team Mitchell has been great to work with. They're always friendly and have a solution for us. Charles and Shane are super responsive and keep our tech up well. They just did a large job for us, that involved bringing in fiberoptic internet service which was huge for us b/c we were on a satellite link before that was crippling our business. They did such a good job we contracted them for everything else tech related in our business. To date they've done our state of the art security system, desktops, laptops, printers, phone systems, facility wifi network, and more. Definitely a two thumbs up for Mitchell Tech!
Can't say enough good words about Shane. He is always willing to help after hours - helps walk you through the process of resolving your issue. When there is a issue at work, we know we can count on him to answer in a timely manner and get the problem resolve. Being in a small town, it is nice to have this type of tech help.
