Misty's Restaurant & Lounge - Steak house in Lincoln - 6235 Havelock Ave, USA

Despite the uninteresting exterior, the interior of this restaurant completely blew me away. I much prefer this location than the downtown one. So spacious and cozy, with the finest music playing and the perfect amount of lighting. We got the lobster mac n cheese, and the Misty's deluxe cheeseburger. Portions were huge and flavors were delightful. I almost wish they opened during the mornings for special breakfast and brunch items. 🥲

Celebrating special occasion Could not eat $52. Lobster tail. Worst I had ever tried to eat, tough, poorly cooked. Baked potato cold, would not even melt the butter. Good salad. Should have known not to go in looking at the sign outside. Entry dirty. Used to be a great place to eat. Definitely will not go back!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We’re visiting Lincoln from out of state & wanted a good steak dinner. Misty’s is one of the best places we’ve eaten at in a long time. Our waitress Victoria was top notch. I had the prime rib & hubby had the salmon. Victoria noticed my prime rib was a little underdone from what I’d ordered so she took it back for a quick trip on the grill. Came back perfect. Their seasoning really takes it to the next level. Hubby’s salmon was also delish. He also had French onion soup which tasted like it had been simmering all day. Absolutely divine. If you’re in the area this is a must visit restaurant. Our dinner with a cocktail, an extra side AND dessert was a little over $90! So much good food for a great price.

Went to Misty’s for my first time last night and I was so disappointed. We did not have a reservation but the wonderful girls upfront got us in fast. Our waitress was very slow and never suggested anything. She brought me my soda and it was watered down. We waited a very long time to get two soggy salads and one roll for the two of us. The waitress took everything from the table never offered us another roll or me another drink. My friend asked for another beer and that took 15 minutes. We waited 30 to 45 minutes for our dinner maybe longer. By that time tables were empty. Our waitress never asked us if we needed anything to go with our dinner. My friends steak was not cooked to what was asked and both were cold. I only ate half of mine. Once again we waited about 45 minutes to get our check. I was very excited to try Misty’s last night because of all the talk about it growing up in Lincoln. I will honestly say I will probably never go back. I just feel that it was not worth the money.

August 17, 2023 Delicious meal (pork chop), wonderful waitress, comfortable seating and atmosphere.

Love the atmosphere and service. My wife had salmon and loved it. I had a newyork strip ordered medium rare but came medium well. Didn't have much flavor but was ok.

Great classic steakhouse atmosphere, with husker memorabilia everywhere. Food and service were excellent as well.

Service was great. My cup was never empty and finished plates left the table as quickly as they meals came. The waitress and busgirl were very friendly and quick with service. Parking is eh but the food makes up for it. Will be coming back for more next time when I’m in the area!
