Had a scheduled booking for a vacation with a group of friends and my fiancé. We had two separate rooms; one room had stains on the couch, which was disgusting, and I would not want to sit on. The other room was not even ready and waited an hour and still waited. We passed by the room that was supposed to be for our friend, and the room was absolutely horrific. Pet feces, pet food, and trash everywhere. Absolutely disgusted with the hotel manager and the property overall. Very rude and a liar. He said he would issue a refund and denies answering the phone to the third party seller. Now we're struggling to receive our money back when we never stayed at the hotel. It may be cheap but you're better off saving your money and time and book another hotel.

Do not stay here! The price is cheaper than the other hotels in the area but the place is a dump. There was rust in the bathtub and metal shavings coming from the metal ring around the drain. The fitness center has nothing but a couple of low quality treadmills that frequently stopped abruptly while I was running on them. The elevators are old and look as if they could break down at any moment. We also found a roach crawling across the ceiling of our room. Afterwards we demanded a refund and they delayed us for several hours before a manager showed up that could grant us one. Never staying here again. The cheaper price is not worth it.

**UPDATE** I called Mission View again and the general manager answered the phone. He confirmed that the refund was never issued and took care of the issue for me. I still give this place a 2-star because of the inconsistent service quality and overall experience. Let this review serve as a warning to all who are considering booking this place. We booked a double queen room and arrive to find double full size beds. Not a huge issue; however, the bathroom towels had hair folded in and the pillow covers were dirty. We did get our changed which I appreciate the management for doing. However, we had also mutually agreed that our parking fee of $30 ($15 per day) would be waived as well. Two weeks go by and no changes in my bank statement. Good luck calling the front desk because hardly anyone answers and the manager seems to always be out and only they can make changes to anything booking related.

Hi everyone. Overall, for the price we paid, it wasn't a bad place. The only issue I had was that my keycard kept deactivating for some reason. The pool was okay, but there was no breakfast and if you park your vehicle on the property, there's a $15 charge each day. Several guests chose to park on the public street instead. The housekeeping staff was courteous. Despite these issues, I would still consider coming back.

I stayed here last night. When i booked on line it said that breakfast was included, but when I checked in, there was a sign on the counter that said they no longer include breakfast. i was disappointed because my reservation was non refundable. The lady who checked me in was very nice and courteous. When I went to the bathroom at 3:30am, there was a huge cockroach in the corner. I couldn't sleep after that. Then when I went to check out, the guy was less than energetic and could not give me a receipt due to night audit reports being done. When I did night audit it was before 2:30am so that the guest where not inconvenienced, not at 6:30am. he said they can email me my receipt. But it is now 7:43am and still have nothing. Plus I told him that the luggage carts need air in the tires, he just said trying to get those little tires on them is hard. Well so is LIFE ,but we do what we have to to make things go easier. WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Room was good. It did have a dewy smell and the carpet felt mushy. The room itself fit our needs. Santiago was awesome at getting us a bunk bed room to accommodate our children.

Was a nice hotel but very dated. The air conditioner in our room, the vents were all broken and blew straight out to the side of the bed, it was very loud and sounded like a plane was taking off in our room. The bathtub was terrible, the shower curtain was ready to fall from the wall and the water outlet had come away from the wall. We had a Handi cap person with us and the only way in was to climb up stairs as it is not ground level. One of the beds was very noisy, sounded like someone was farting everytime someone moved. The location was decent and the young man at the desk was very nice.

Firstly, upon entering the room, there was a pervasive smell of urine that made my stay uncomfortable from the very beginning. Despite my efforts to ventilate the space, the odor persisted throughout my stay. Additionally, I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body. This not only caused me physical discomfort but also left me concerned about the hygiene standards of your establishment. I have always chosen Mission View Inn based on its reputation, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I trust that you understand the severity of this situation and will take immediate action to address these issues to prevent future occurrences.
