Mission Bay - Mobile home park in San Leandro - 15333 Wicks Blvd, USA

When visiting the Bay Area we always stay at my sister's home in this community. It is nice and quiet, well-run, clean and the neighbors are friendly. Many residents have beautifully maintained gardens. Here are some flower photos taken in May 2023.

Amidst a large grassy area accented by a pond and fountains lies the first “double-wide” mobile home community in Alameda County. 🌴 The distinct Spanish-style architecture of Mission Bay is home to hundreds of residents who have called the community home for decades. 🛝 The array of activities keep the predominately senior citizen residents active. 🍽️ From potlucks to poker tournaments, dances to shuffleboard, those living at Mission Bay spend their golden years in the quiet comfort of one of the nicest mobile home parks in the area. 🏊 Additional amenities include a heated pool, laundry, billiard tables, library, auditorium, club house, and storage. Restrictions include a maximum of 1 small pet per home. 🐾 Senior community.

Have family here, for seniors, it's well kept property and most lots are as well.

My mom and sister live there. I live in Oregon so I visit a couple times a year. My last visit was after they had just moved in to their place at Mission Bay. I was so impressed with everything about the entire community a how beautiful the grounds were kept up. I kept telling my mom everytime we drove into the place I felt like I was entering a resort. Very nice community. That's me standing on the front yard of their house. So convenient to everything and right on the Bay. I am so happy she found her retirement home in such a awesome community and is safe and happy. All of her neighbors are so nice and everyone looks out for each other. Super quiet! Can't wait to go back. 😁

I love living here at Mission Bay. Wendy and Lydia are wonderful. It is a beautiful community with a lot of amenities. The community is kept clean and well maintained. It has really been a joy. It is quiet at night and makes you feel safe. Very very nice.

well its been real! June 1st Yep! possibly earlier Wendy i thank you and Brandenburg,Staedler & Moore with all my heart for meeting me halfway in my time of great pain and sorrow with the death of my momma,Anne on Oct 2021 and she followed with the death of my sister in March 2019,Mission Bay has given me situations and tasks throughout my residence here since 2006 to which 9 years of that caregiving to my momma before her passing and 1 year of caregiving to my sister Bonnie she just moved here to help me with the care of momma,But in turn my sister was told that she had Stage 4 cancer and she did 4 chemo's and she passed within a month in my arms at hospital,away from my personal greif Mission Bay has allowed me to grow respossibly within myself and to accept responsibilities here that make a good a good tenant,truthfully alot of being here at Mission Bay can be very pressing but being honest and kind and helpful to other tenants life here especially being a 55+ community,its a calming community,i have and my momma has too been treated with respect,care,sterness,,love,understanding,space and as Mission Bay is changing along with California there is Prejuidence amongst tenants which is sad as i have experienced this first hand here and outside in the world....Hey! im just speakin truth but ill be movin on from here with memories of the great times me my wife Sharon,my daughter my sister my mom and tenants that came into our lives making it a good place to live out future years....Peace Mission Bay Mr. Brian Noble Annie's Son

Beautiful park, amazing amenities, great location.... if ... you can get passed the management and corporate office ridiculous rules/harassment and the trains, planes and automobile noise (sirens, cars and bikes racing down Wicks all hours)
